Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I love the convenience of this software. It is linked to our church app so it is very easy to get to and use, along with the "text to give" with our church's name being the subject.

  • It is a good product that works very well. Its easy for users and admins to use and navigate. There isn't anything wrong with the service they offer.

  • Cons

  • Works fantastic as an app, but I have had a bit of trouble using the web browser. Also they were a bit more pricey than other options out there, not all churches can afford to pay the amount.

  • Honestly the only thing that is a little bit of a downer is that your setup of your profile can be a little cumbersome on your phone.

  • Pros

  • It's easy to use and very helpful tool for our ministry.

  • Really easy to work for a non printer check in, really easy to look up people, really easy to create new classes.

  • Cons

  • Check-in could be more customizable, app is very good, but just links a number of things back to the church website instead of having the information native to the app.

  • Ease of use still has a little ways to go, but this is an area of pretty constant improvement for them.
