Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It is very user friendly and the customer support was very quick & efficient with handling any issues.

  • It is very easy to use. It is very functional and I need to learn how to use it to its​ fullest potential.

  • Cons

  • Still fairly new, so there are a few hiccups. Would love for it to have a volunteer scheduling portion.

  • Although the desktop site is great, the app needs some work. Also, it works better on Chrome than on Safari which is just weird.

  • Pros

  • The product has great training tools. The customer service is excellent. I agree wholeheartedly with the concept, everyone has their cell phone all the time.

  • It is easy to use, quick to set up and lets us focus on relationships rather than administration.

  • Cons

  • We used this as a trial and it seemed to work well. Was difficult and that is why we were not able to stick with it--and we had limited funding.

  • It's a newer software so they're still working out kinks. We would prefer that there's more features on their contact form.
