Cataloging and keeping in touch with parishioners has been awesome and easy. Keeping track of financials and contributions was made wasy also.

The only thing I dislike about this software is not being able to rewrite or reorganize some of the reports.

It's very intuitive with a good layout, good screen prompts and useful online help. The reports I use (contribution statements, various other reports on contributions) are clear and flexible.

The App, limitation with custom links and inability’s to set specific permissions for isers added.

If there is anything to complain about it that the software does not notify you via text/email of interaction. You must be in the software/app to get notifications.

It is clear that TIC thought through just about everything that is relevant to excellent guest follow-up. Automated workflows allow detailed communication with people.

We are very happy with this software. It is allowing us to be connected to so many of our congregation with minimal time invested.
