Pros
- We have been very happy with the whole journey with ServantKeeper. Customer service is amazing and the seminar we went to was very helpful.
- Cost effective effective, easy to use, great interface, great training material, excellent support team.
- I would recommend this program to any one who needs a great, easy way to keep up with the people in their ministry and church. I highly recommend getting the book (if you are a visual person).
Cons
- Sometimes forget where to look for something, just frustrating.
- An extra step isn't bad when I'm only doing a few changes. But, with many changes it is frustrating.
- Very limited functionality. Especially with the search functions.
Pros
- We are so pleased with the product thus far and look forward to implementing all fo the wonderful options available through our subscription.
- More intuitive than other management software I have used, customer service is amazing, so great to be able to manage our website and app in one spot, great visuals for tracking giving.
- Love the amazing Tithely team providing support and customer service. Excellent responsiveness.
Cons
- It was an unbelievable frustrating surreal experience. I lost all trust and we cancelled the Service.
- I feel as though those doing the development planning have NEVER worked in a church before, because of the amount of core functionality missing.
- Have been using for church for past month, but received no bank deposits. This is in part to incorrect account # at front end, but after being corrected, still no deposits.
