  • Pros

  • Subsplash has developed one of the most user-friendly and affordable app interfaces for churches. We've been using it since 2010, and have always been impressed.
  • Their customer service is excellent and they truly value their clients and help champion your organization's mission.
  • Cons

  • Lagging due to connectivity issues was periodically a problem.
  • That is my only complaint. I know they have to make their money somewhere though so it makes sense.

  • Ability to send and track mass emails. Great for organizing church members.
  • So glad someone recommended TouchPoint to us. It is the best option we found and the pricing is VERY reasonable.
  • Cons

  • The only negative is that some of the features can sometimes be difficult for some people to understand how to use them.
  • The formatting of e-mails, especially with images, is limited.
