Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The product has great training tools. The customer service is excellent. I agree wholeheartedly with the concept, everyone has their cell phone all the time.

  • It is easy to use, quick to set up and lets us focus on relationships rather than administration.

  • Cons

  • We used this as a trial and it seemed to work well. Was difficult and that is why we were not able to stick with it--and we had limited funding.

  • It's a newer software so they're still working out kinks. We would prefer that there's more features on their contact form.

  • Pros

  • Low-cost Actively developed Great customer service Easy to set-up Easy to use

  • We have been with Tithely since shortly after they began. They are super friendly and very easy to work with. Getting setup to accept donations through Tithely was easy.

  • Cons

  • Tithe.ly is a little more expensive to use than some of the other companies but the quality and customer service more than makes up for it.

  • It can be overwhelming initially, especially if you are sitting on the board.
