Pros/Cons
Pros
- I like how simple and easy to use it is, and I am thankful that I can trust this program to help secure my accounts.
- Very good experience that helps us to keep our important websites logins safe and secured and add 2fa to it.
- I am very pleased with the product and am glad my company choose to use this vs some of the other competitors products.
Cons
- Given that they cannot solve the challenge of "how does a customer purchase your software?", I am worried what might happen if you came to them with anything more difficult.
- I am not sure why but the push authentication feature does not work on my work phone.
- If you forget your phone at home, you are in trouble when it comes to authenticating. I wish there was some way around this.
Pros
- Support has been amazing great help with the first setup and any problems in the future were immediately supported.
- A great product, sensibly priced with great add-on features with WatchGuards typical excellent support behind it.
- Easy to use and works like is promised. Grateful for the multi-factor and how easy it is to use.
Cons
- The loging is horrible when trying to support failed user sign-on. It isn't updated on the fly, and there are no details other than authorized and unauthorized.
- I don't even contact support unless I'm forced to because it sucks. Even your re-sellers, or at least the one I have to use, charge me to work up a quote.
- When there is a problem accessing the global system, even turning on the computer becomes difficult.
