  • Pros

  • The customer service is very good and always quick to response. The system is very configurable.
  • The configurations allow for a good foundation in updating and editing fields. As an Administration tool it was very comprehensive and designed well for the user experience.
  • Cons

  • After you pay, may be the team tell you about some features that was not included. Moodle integration is very limited, especially if you had implemented moodle yet.
  • Some functionalities are still on the desktop version. Customization of the software for school-specific requires is a bit difficult.

  • It's affordable, and has many features for event registration. Our account rep is easy to work with, and customer service answers quickly.
  • Our organization has saved time and money by investing in GoSignMeUp.
  • Cons

  • However, after months of not being able to get it functional, we had to discontinue use because of lack of communication and follow up.
  • It did not export to Chrome very well, I have a difficult time handling refunds and reading the spreadsheet that reflected students who dropped a course.
