GoSignMeUp has been an awesome company to work with. They have done their best to help make their program work for our unique situation and have done a great job.

However, after months of not being able to get it functional, we had to discontinue use because of lack of communication and follow up.

It's affordable, and has many features for event registration. Our account rep is easy to work with, and customer service answers quickly.

It  did not export to Chrome very well, I have a difficult time handling refunds and reading the spreadsheet that reflected students who dropped a course.

I would say my experience is adequate. I had to teach myself how to use GoSignMeUp, and I would say I have been pretty successful.

We have been able to create a single, easy to use website that registrants can easily use. We have saved time and money, while becoming more user friendly by using GoSignMeUp.

The inability for users to set up automatic monthly payments, or set up a payment plan through authorize.net.

There is a lag time for loading information, at least for us, on the admin side. The interface on the customer side needs a little redesign.

Updates typically cause problems for us and some features just don't work as advertised.

The system seems to move very slow and users complain that it takes an extremely long time for the system to come up.

The deployment process was very good as we had personalized training.

We are able to upload all of our programs so participants can sign up in advance and pay. Customer service is awesome.

I found it very easy to navigate through the site and if I was unsure then I used the Help Guide. The Help Guide provides screenshots so it is quite easy to follow.

It is easy to use and our participants love having access to there training information. The staff are very supportive and helpful when we need assistance.

When you ask for help you get it quickly and it is ALWAYS relevant. Their adhoc reports are AWESOME.

Great staff -- always a phone call or email away to help explain, fix or make things better. Quick turnaround always.

Overall, I would highly recommend this product as simple to set up, easy to use and well priced. By far the most outstanding aspect is their customer service.

I appreciated the support during the training and setting up process, but the best has been the positive feedback we’ve received from parents regarding the easiness of the registration process.

I tested over 20 classroom management cloud-based platforms. I started cancelling my trial one platform at a time and Jumbula was the one that persevered.

Every inquiry has been answered promptly by a real person, sometimes within minutes, and gave solutions specific to our situation, not a cut and paste response.

Also during set up we were able to have a live walk-through and address questions that are unique to our situation. At this (or any) price point, the level of service is wonderful.

Now that we have a nice setup, next year the effort to setup our new school year registrations will be one forth the effort.

Along the way, the support staff has been very responsive and has made enhancements to their software in places where I found issues.

There is some quirkiness with the menu clicks that expand or collapse views.

Jumbula's customer support is outstanding, responding quickly to any questions or concerns.

While it is marketed as a product for children's activities our students are mostly adults and it was easy to adapt for that purpose.

I like the simplicity of using Jumbula management system , I find it very convenient  to setup seasonal schedule for our classes online.

After spending at least 20 hours setting up this platform for our camp, having Jumbula link up Stripe and pay pal in advance, what a disaster.

As a rapidly growing company, Jumbula was an answer to our administrative prayers, but the ease of use wasn't everything we had hoped for.

I like the ability of be able to accept payment through a system that can be connected to any Paypal account.

It was very easy to integrate Jumbula into our website so customers could register for events.

This software met our needs for registration and waitlist management as a small school. It is the best value cost wise that we could find as well.

Jumbula does so much for the price. It is easy to learn and has tons of helpful reports to stay organized with your registrations.

The platform is easy to use, and there are lots of tutorial videos and articles to guide you through learning their system.

I think the software is very easy to setup and use on both the back office and customer side of things. It is very simple to use and does not require any kind of software background to use.

The reporting enables administrators to extract information that is needed. Jumbula is a great product for the price and we could not be happier.

I am happy with our purchase so far as I found that I was glued to the dashboard where I could view our realtime registration status through our critical registration period.
