  • Pros

  • I like the interface and how clean it is to get to where you need to go. I also really enjoy the kiosk features.
  • I love that this product is constantly coming up with different updates and changes to make the software better and more user friendly.
  • Cons

  • They will walk me through anything. There are a few troubling spots in the customer interface.
  • Training takes too long. Customers complaint that class list is difficult to read as they are not alphabetical.

  • I like the easy of use of the product. The end user experience is very simple and easy to interface.
  • The Interface is nice and clean, the learning curve on how to use it is short, the billing side and front desk check in is great as well.
  • Cons

  • After the basic set up is done, advance settings can be quit confusing.
  • There are a few areas in the cart checkout areas where the user experience can get a little confusing for customers if booking classes / classpacks has any specific details.
