  • Pros

  • User friendly platform, responsive and helpful tech team, great features for youth program management.
  • I am not a big tech person but I found setting up everything on Sawyer to be very straightforward. I have used other scheduling systems in the past and am so happy that I went with Sawyer.
  • Cons

  • I had it off on one class but not the other. You could say that my error.
  • The widget slows your website down dramatically and the problem has existed for a long time. Customer Service is the major negative with this platform.

  • Easy to set up, great user interface, very helpful customer service.
  • This product is pretty easy to use, and customer service is very responsive. I like that I can email students directly from Ubindi.
  • Cons

  • There are some features that are lacking- I'd like to be able to go back to a class and edit who was or was not in attendance because sometimes I make a make a mistake and check off the wrong student.
  • Some of my clients are having a hard time signing on to class when it is their first time.
