Their staff is friendly, hard working, and always available. With that combination, I don't know what else you could need out of a long term investment.

I like the ease of finding information for the students and being able to connect with the parents this way. Easy to pull reports that I can use to help with enrollment and decisions.

This was my first year as a teacher, and I loved using ALMA because I got the chance to put all the information that I needed in that Software.

Nothing stands out as a negative. I would be searching to find something that dissatisfied us.

Good, reliable functionality and meets all our basic needs at a reasonable cost.

There are some features that are missing. We have requested GPA-based grade calculation and some additions to transcripts that have not yet been implemented.

Its ease of use is perfect, Easily adaptable to our school environment.

Alma is super easy to use. Having all the information you need in one place makes finding a student and their information quick and easy.

There are some quirks to the program that just make no sense. Little things here and there.

The screen where you choose reports is just a long confusing list. There's no preview of what the report is or looks like.

Even during the pandemic, the response time has been exceptional. The techs are supportive, humorous, collegial, yet professional.

Easy to figure out and work with. Awesome customer service and quick.

Customer support is fantastic, has some good features.

This makes me feel that they truly want to improve their product. We are very new to using ALMA, but they have proved so far that we made a good choice.

Any error individual teachers make ascribing categories to assignments can only be corrected by erasing an assignment.

The system is solid, and has essentially every feature a smaller school like ours would want (and many more that we don't need to use).

Was the integration with your existing business processes easy. Teachers found it easy to use overall.

The one part that is disappointing is the link does not work with standards based grading. This problem does not stem from Alama, but is from Google not doing standards based grades.

There are several things I dislike about the software. The first one is with curriculum.

The customer services is amazing. Any questions I have I am able to reach out and they will problem solve and help me figure it out.

If you don't have those set up properly, then you're doomed.

There is a seamless integration with Google classroom and it's very easy to communicate with a single student, their family or the whole class.

I loved that our district made a deal to get a group purchase for ALMA so it made the price just perfect for us. ALMA looks beautiful and is an excellent tool.

Pros: Easy to use, great support and a good price.

There are emails with information about new features and how to integrate them. They have been extremely responsive to educators' needs during  COVID-19 homeschooling this spring.

For a school management tool that is cloud-based, I must say the ease of use and great customer service make it an ideal option.

Great program for student records, accounts, parent information and transcripts. Alma is quickly becoming one of the best programs for schools.

Alma integrates our administrative processes into one, easy to use program that both parents and teachers love.

You do not have to be technically advanced to work this program. Love the access to students, and parents and ease of access.

The user interface is exceptional. Ease of use is exquisite when compared to alternatives which make school management complicated and clumsy.

From the administration scheduling,  it's seamless integration with Google Classroom, easy custom reports, on-line student registration  and the awesome communication link with parents and students.

I do like the attendance feature and the assignment and gradebook features. My favorite part is the message board where I can send out one email to all my students and parents at once.

Excellent communication with between admin, staff and school families. A plethora of helpful articles and a very responsive tech support make Alma very easy and satisfying to use.

Our registrar is very happy with how the class configuration, grades, report cards, etc. work in Alma. Our teachers appreciate the ease of use and the integration with Google Classroom.

There was no button that immediately takes you back to the home screen. The userface requires you to navigate back to the course you are taking and then you must find the home screen for the course.

Overall I find PowerSchool to be easy to use and quick to update. I'm able to connect with my classes instantly and get students the information they need for daily success.

I'm not sure why, but it took me a while to get the hang of it.

We can also view grades on quizzes and tests (if the teacher posts). The big thing that it is missing is one joint calendar of all assignments and test from all classes.

Overall, this system is well created and worth the time. The format of the forms make creation easy and smooth for the whole team.

Overall, I had a great experience with PowerSchool Learning.

I love all the forms that drop in. It's especially nice when they automatically fill in information from previous forms.

Often, it lags on timing with when a user exits which locks you out from that page.

It is helpful that the sections of an IEP will have a check next to them to show when that page is filled. The caseload glance is easy and wonderful to quick see all due dates.

Building pages is pretty straight forward and copying content to other courses is easy to do. This makes teaching multiple classes of the same content easy to manage and manipulate.

What I like most about this software is that it is a fairly easy system for both parents and students to understand once logged in.

Because there is so much information in it, newcomers struggle to find what they are looking for. They tend to rely on experienced users rather than figuring out themselves.

Great software that is easy to use, especially for substitutes.
