Pros
- FACTS has been a great tool and the staff has ben super helpful from the beginning of implementing FACTS.
- I enjoy the ease in which I can communicate with teachers. It is nice that the school can send a quick text to keep me in the loop too.
- The other thing that I have to mention is the support, it is the best support we have on any of the software we use. It has been a joy to work with our direct contact and the support team.
Cons
- At that time it was only for financial purposes, and I hated it then. It was cumbersome and difficult to use, and figuring out how the math was done was an exercise in frustration.
- So difficult to use, ugly interface, annoying to toggle between student and financial management.
- Keeping up with all the charges and fees can be confusing for our families. We tend to get several calls weekly having to explain what the charges are for.
Pros
- What I liked most about this software was how easily accessible the classes were for me and how user friendly it was.
- Google classroom is the best and more effective application available for learning activities. I am impressed with this application it helps to do lots of tasks.
- Overall it is a good product, supports most common functionalities and all other google products like docs and sheets which are very helpful in organizing materials and assignments.
Cons
- Its take a while to understand how to use the software and sometimes if the wrong button is click you may be charged for audio through mobiles.
- Sometimes, a student's assignment is marked "missing" when it has been turned in. That makes grading more confusing for the teacher.
- Android application and also web platform sometimes crash, it is a bad experience for both user and admin.
