-   I especially appreciated the customizable grading setup, the ability to securely communicate with students and parents, and the clear layout of attendance and performance data.
    
-   Glitches (puts the wrong quarter in and it makes it take 2-3x as long to enter grades) and some things that could be improved like applying all selected assignments to one quarter or subject.

-   Above all, the customer support is top-notch, with questions or needs almost always resolved in under 24 hours.
    
-   To get the full integration with the SIS you need to give them access to your SIS. Unavoidable (and worth it) but still a security risk to monitor.
