"Especially for someone juggling many different roles, it is a great tool because it helps you stay organized and quickly see where everyone is at, from students and classes to attendance, schedules, communication, and payments."

"Having that unified view has made day-to-day work much easier to manage, improved visibility across teams, and given us a much clearer way to keep on top of the information we rely on."

"The platform has helped us organize many parts of our operations more efficiently, and we can see the strong long-term potential of the system."

"Payment tabs everywhere (both general view and student/related contact view - since we are using a different form of payment, having that tab permanently displayed is a little disruptive (especially having to explain to parents to ignore/reiterate our payment policies)."

"Sometimes we need certain things from the platform and the tng team can’t always accommodate these needs."

"We haven’t experienced any real downsides."
