We especially like how the portal doesn't require a login, it shows tasks due, and auto-follows up on tasks due with the customer. Cons: Anything we thought was missing or any rough edges we found with the software, we let Motion.io know, and we saw fixes come out within weeks - so I can't say there's anything we like least right now. They are moving fast on improving the product which is a huge plus! They extend out to some real basic task management abilities, but I wouldn't use it as your primary task management solution. More to assist portal needs. Support is amazing, and US based...which is always nice. They seem to always be available via email or in platform chat Lastly, it includes document review & approval abilities...analytics and a clear dashboard to review them...unlimited document storage....the ability to embed or link outside pages, websites or software....chat messenger....and a ticketing system you can adjust in many ways by creating new forms (which it also lets you do...create/present forms). Cons: Motion is pretty plain jane regarding its white labeling. There are ways to introduce visual aspects, however, there is no way to adjust the UI to introduce brand colors...or place graphics in a static sections. You have a logo / small graphic section in the upper left corner for a static section. Other opportunities require you to attach them to the portal pages. Ideally, you would keep the upper left logo area, add a top header, and be allowed to adjust the color of the rest of the UI to suit the need. The goal that myself and a motion rep had was for me to use it as a full project management + tasks platform...in addition to a client portal. After months of use, I am finding that it could possibly remove parts of the project management process, but for a single project...not the management of complex projects (maybe if you have zapier and link to something like Asana).
