  • Pros

  • I am also a big fan of the ability to integrate with other channels and the ability to be the single source of truth.
  • I love how intuitive the tool is and the UI is great too. Getting all the projects in one place makes it super helpful for the implementation teams.
  • Cons

  • Its hard to know when someone did something easily. Its frustrating when trying to track the ticket.
  • It is slow at times, not sure if it is the tenant issue or what, but my colleagues and I have had slowness issue.

  • I feel that the folks at SmartKarrot are not just selling a top-quality product but are keen on helping their customers drive value from it (Quite the Win-Win strategy!).
  • I liked the ease with which the entire customer success journey was established on SmartKarrot platform. It helped us map the onboarding journey as well as retention journey.
  • Cons

  • The product could have a more streamlined interface. Some things are a bit difficult to find, but they are usually there, just hidden among other things.
  • The frequent updates to platform without informing us beforehand caused some inconvenience, but overall, it still meets our CS needs.
