We used Travitor for a good portion of last year and are fully on board for this 2014 calendar year. Our staff has found it user friendly and easy to navigate.

We really wanted to use video for training and have seen how difficult it was with other LMS platforms.

The reporting environment is lacking and needs some serious enhancements.

Closing a class is easy. I like the improvement in creating courses and that we can now integrate questions into the learning.

We adored Travitor's simple capacity to add or alter a course. For a more modest organization it's ideal to change courses or add courses with the simple snap of a button.

That we can create custom content and ensure it is assigned to the right employees across our business, using the BambooHR integration.

Very poor customer service. For escalated issues, I can't recall even one time that an issue was ever resolved.

I always highlight the As in design and look and feel, because it says so much of how the software approach to its goal. Travitor has a very nice design.

I could see where a less savvy computer person would have difficulties or would be uncomfortable changing settings.

Their team has been very responsive with our concerns even when we were in the selection phase of who we'd like to work with. That was one of the reason why we've chosen them as our LMS provider.

While I've been nervous about signing on the dotted line, Travitor has been very accommodating and easy to work with, so they've made those pen strokes quite simple.

We really enjoy the reporting options that Travitor offers. Customer service is also fantastic.

The ability to add your own courses. Travitor make this extremely easy to do.

I am still monitoring the ROI on the cost of retention but I feel like it will continue to enable us to roll out regionally specific programs without incurring travel costs.

Unfortunately you lose the process you have made in the course.

I like the dashboard for the end user. It is clear what is needed to be done.

It was super easy to get up and running, support is fantastic, and with each update it gets better and better.

I have taken numerous trials if probably ten LMS’s and love the user experience and ease of administering that Travitor offers. I am excited to have our launch.

The program is pretty intuitive and uses a step by step process to do this. I like being able to track completion of training courses, create dues dates, and add new users with only a few steps.

However, when courses are organized in a lesson group mode, there is no way to get notifications when the individual lessons of the entire course are completed.

Its hard to know when someone did something easily. Its frustrating when trying to track the ticket.

Had made make life easy for me as a project manager, the repeated task can be automated with guidance and tracking. Also saves huge amount of time.

It is slow at times, not sure if it is the tenant issue or what, but my colleagues and I have had slowness issue.

I am also a big fan of the ability to integrate with other channels and the ability to be the single source of truth.

Overall experience is good. I think it´s a great tool to collaborate with the customer and give transparent overviews on status quo and remaining tasks.

I love how intuitive the tool is and the UI is great too. Getting all the projects in one place makes it super helpful for the implementation teams.

Great collaboration with customers during onboarding.

It's one of the best tools of its sort that I've ever used. Also, the customer support is really dilligent and helpful.

I found it was very intuitive to manage projects and tasks. It was by far one of the best project management tools that i have used.

Ease of use, ready-made templates and documents make life easy of project manager, the repeated task can be automated with guidance and tracking.

Overall, the whole product looks great according to the UI part and also very user friendly. Security-wise also Rockletlane is up to the mark.

I use Rocketlane for customer onboarding, it helps me and my client have a clear visibility of the blockers and the milestones of the project.

Initially, it was very frustrating, but after working with [sensitive content hidden.

The end-user portal is a favorite. Also, we like the ability to build out the templates and have them track according to different projects.

It´s still missing a few features. I would for example like to order tasks in the project board by drag and drop.

First and foremost, the support, success, engineering, and sales teams are amazing.

I really like the Presenter mode, which allow me to show my customers what the project is going to look like, within a synthetic view.

The product is very easy to use and it helps in making the Onboarding experience awesome for all the stakeholders (Implementation team, CSM and Clients).

This question is should be optional. I am not sure I have one because the team is open to feedback.

Fix the sudden application crash scenarios and stabilize the tool.

Good UX/UI, easiness in set up project fields and templates.

Ease of collaborating with customer and internal teams, the ability to make templates, integration with other software.

But sometimes it gets stuck while adding multiple events from the calendar in the timesheets. Also, there should be some way such that recurring events to be added automatically to the timesheets.

The UX initially was very confusing. It does take some learning curve to reach a flow state in the UX but i think that comes with the complexity of the product.

Can be made more robust and drag and drop enabled.

Easy to use and visualize as per standards, real-time tracking and updating of data is possible. Friendly notifications and reminders can be enabled and reporting can be done.

Overall i had a great experience with the setup and is saving me a lot of time in keeping track of the project progress.
