The user experience is good. the teams enjoy using the tool. •Reliability Compliance level, validation level and system availability are absolutely OK. •Support the team spirit of the BSI team is great. Short response times, solution oriented ticket responses. F2F meetings to plan for upcoming major updates. •Integration the system has a full eTMF integration and APIs to many other systems, which enables data integration across systems. •Functionality Complete CTMS with nice additional features, such as investigator payments, training document management, ... The early learning curve is comfortable and not steep. In general, the system is easy to maneuver and manage with flexibilities for customization. We had occasional hiccups when beginning to use the system, but that is part of the learning process!
