Overall the system is good, it does it's job and worth the cost. I think simplifying the building proccess and making repeated measures display a bit more informative would be better.

Impressive flexibility, ability customize forms with (almost) any imaginable feature/data flow.

Also, the randomization tab is always available, which can lead to errors because some people randomize the patient before being certain that the patient can be included in the study.

I love how you can play around with setting up a study (test study) so you can learn and implement that best data collection process for your study. The customization is great.

I like that Castor EDC is user friendly software. I can quickly enter data and I have order, then I can easily work with all data.

I had trouble changing the entered data later and there was no color change after the questions were answered.

We use CastorEDC for clinical trial data management. It's been great working with Castor, and their customer service always responds so promptly and is always super helpful.

The buildup of the software is not very flexible, it is not possible to click and drop certain parts of questionnaires to other parts of the database. Moving things around is quite difficult.

Some Tools ae missing for my Purpose e.g. multimedial integration.

Also making queries is very nice, it has multiple steps in closing a query what makes it very clear. What's also great is that gaining access to a database is very simple and easily arranged.

The software is user friendly, and it is clear that (medical) researchers were involved in the development of the software - which is very convenient.

In the past, I had issues with obtaining a calculation for a specific formula and the customer support was so helpful, truly. Responses were almost immediate and my issue was resolved.

Overall it is a good and solid platform that is easy to use and master. You can achieve a lot with a minimum of effort.

Add to that the amazing customer service and I was even happier.

Excellent cloud based platform providing seamless document management capabilities. Scalable system with ease of with ease of assigning roles and responsibilities.

The Veeva PromoMats UI is intuitive & easy to learn for reviewers/approvers.

There's enough UI bugs that lead me to believe that much of my frustration is Veeva's responsibility.

I am very much satisfied with Veeva Vault RIM and I would surely recommend others to use it.

There are drag areas for files that do not always work.

Hard to tell how much of my experience is related to my companies configuration or implementation.

I've never seen it crash, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use. I've also heard that their tech support is very good (although I've never needed to use the tech support personally).

Veeva is a single platform that can be used for the approvals across the various functions. The system has been much easier to use than our previous system, as the UI is more current & easy to use.

Experience is good for maintaining documents and integrate it  to another System.

Poor search functionality; for a content management solution search functionality is vital. If it fails on this, it's dead in the water.

Using this software help the clinical team manage all the document more easily.

The ability to link reference documents (clinical studies, journal publications, etc.) within the job allows quick access to pertinent material.

I think this application is good for task and document tracking. People can upload documents and review then and collaborated.

Overall this has been great for sharing documents between sites such that all employees are kept up to date with latest document releases.

Veeva Vault has good features that are standard across the board, but they also integrate well with each other and allow a lot of extra features through customization.

I like how customizable this software is - there are seemingly endless metadata options.

I use this software at work on occasion, and so far my experience with it has been mostly positive.
