The customer service is impeccable. They are very responsive. The audit trails for data inputting and certification for documents is key for our industry, which are both features that eClinPro provides. Cons: Generating new CRFs can be quite tedious, especially when trying to match the EDC. I do not need the scheduling capabilities for our subjects, however there is no way to avoid using that on eClinPro. I would like to be able to enter a new subject from enrollment instead of creating a volunteer, scheduling them for a screening visit, etc. Vendor Response Hi Alexandra, I really appreciate your feedback You should try the quick enrollment process to be able to add a subject in one step. You are correct saying the CRFs config. process is quite tedious.
