The ease of use and the availability for help. We have interns and some staff who only use RealTime for specific things, like referencing the calendar, or scheduling appointments.

Navigating on a web-based platform can be a little slower than a desktop install at times, even on a quick connection, but I would say the convenience of connecting outweighs the downside.

From Recruiters, Coordinators, Regulatory, and  Managers  all use this  system with ease.

It is set up custom to your site. The training is scheduled with your staffs availability and is very efficient, precise, effective and clear.

Also could use an undo button - I was entering a study and got everything entered and accidentally deleted it and had to start all over.

The system is very user friendly and intuitive.

We have had a great experience with RealTime. I feel it's easy to navigate and sadly we probably are not using it to it's fullest extent.

Most systems have you frustrated for the first several months getting used to little quirks. This system is so easy to use that frustration has not been an issue.

No clear overview of all patients you entered to the system. Sometimes only the ones with the ticked boxes, this was very unclear for me at the beginning.

Good, when I call for help at the main user of the site they can always help me. It can be more user friendly for lay out.

The helpdesk is not very keen on providing quick responses on more difficult questions.

At my University, we have been using this software for the past few months to set up a research project and it is a significant improvement than we had before.

This saves the secretariat and its staff a lot of time. It is easy to make overviews on request for investigators or for the competent authority  when in need.

Easy and understandable. Great to be able to export the data to SPSS.

The best bennefit is the cloud based all in one system for submitting and reviewing any type of study. The system is easily accessible and supports all parties in the assessment of a study.

The software is clear for users, when uploading documents for a study. It tells you multiple times to save your changes, this is a plus.

Give every document a letter + number is very annoying.

There is no real-time troubleshooting option available. If the issues issnt addressed in the FAQ an email needs to be sent and in most of the cases the response is in dutch.

Also the open field, which need to be filled during the submit-process are badly explained.

Lack of some functionalities, e.g. I switch a lot from 'Self Service >  Invitations'  to 'CRF Data' to check the level of the reported data by a subject.

Easy navigation and input, great storage of documents.

It some times can be a bit slow ,  that can be frustrating.

Provides the ability for electronic signatures, making it simpler to get informed approval from study participants and record it.

No option to select multiple participants to mark as 'missing.

That the monitor options are not so well defined. The query module is very counter intuitive and the pages can only be locked after many steps.

Even when typing them and the date is existing and correct it gives an error that the date field is blank.

The software is easy to use and has very good export options to work with the data during the trial.

It's a good program, easy to use. I wish the technical support department was more responsive.

It is  easy for investigators to upload their study.

Ease of use, no more paperwork. Nice to follow-up studies easily.

Extra saving when uploading studydocuments. When forgotten, the documents have to be attached/uploaded again.

It is good that multiple people/departments can acces the same documents. Good that only selected people have access.
