  • As the business is in B2C, mobile calls included was a must-have in our purchase process. The setup was very practical and their support team was very helpful.
  • Quality and Support, we tried many solutions before, but the Nuacom Platform and the Portal fitted the best for our needs.
  • Cons

  • No real problems with it. Configuring the call routing takes a bit of work.
  • The original was a bit more difficult with less features.).

  • It works incredibly fine. It's very easy to navigate the tools.
  • This app helps us to communicate with offices outside the country, at a very low cost.

  • I think there is only one thing - there is no search option. Whenever I tried to look for previous messages I need to manually look for it - one by one.
  • I am a business owner and the number of dropped calls, clients who could not hear me when I called, bad connections and more really hampered more than helped.
