Rinkel is telephone software designed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Ordering and setting it up is extremely easy; you just have to choose a phone number (or request number porting if you already have a fixed line number), choose the plan that best suits your needs and make the first month's payment.

Our knowledge base is super extensive and covers every question our customers have ever had. And if you can't find the answer to a question, our customer service team will help you quickly and kindly. Our system is better than VOIP, since we use your own GSM network. This means that you do not use your data to make calls (saving costs) and that the quality and stability of the call is superior. All our plans include calls through our free app and from the Webphone, the softphone in your browser.

Our features include call forwarding and transfering, opening hours, caller ID, IVR menu, call queue, professional voiceovers, call recording and integration with other software, such as your CRM. This allows you to integrate all your call data into your management system to improve your customer service and train new team members.

Me ha encantado lo intuitivo y fácil de su funcionamiento. Además, cuando he necesitado ayuda, el servicio de atención ha sido amable y muy profesional.

Hecho de menos la posibilidad de domiciliar el recibo y que este tenga que ir en base a una tarjeta de crédito.

Estaba pensando en montar una centralita para disponer de números fijos. De todas formas, al tener la oficina en un espacio de coworking, todas las empresas de telefonía tradicional me solicitaban hacer una instalación lo cuál no tenia mucho sentido siendo de momento únicamente dos trabajadores. Con Rinkel, pude dar de alta dos números, desviarlos a nuestros móviles, y solucionar el inconveniente.

Para una empresa 100% teletrabajo, es una herramienta muy útil. Nos ha ayudado a canalizar a todos los clientes a un solo número de contacto, sin necesidad de tener una central física.

Tengo muchas funcionalidades pendientes de testear, en esta fase inicial le damos un uso muy limitado pero cuando crezca el negocio sé que todos las necesidades futuras ya las tendremos cubiertas por Rinkel.

Facilidad de uso, se nota son especialistas. El muy buen trato recibido y la llamada de [contenido sensible oculto] preocupándose por nuestras necesidades, que cosas mejoraría, etc. Se agradece te tengan en cuenta aun habiendo pasado ya a ser un cliente de pago desde el día 1.

De momento ninguna, me queda mucho por probar ... Encuentro a faltar un reporting push por email con informes semanales o mensuales de las llamadas recibidas, perdidas, etc ... Ya sé que en la aplicación hay informes pero recibirlos por email te ayuda a poner foco y ser proactivo introduciendo mejoras en las llamadas de nuestros clientes.

Son especialistas y huyo de las grandes empresas de telecomunicación y operadoras de telefonía, que son muy agresivas comercialmente, y una vez pasas a contratarlos pasan de tí y darse de baja es un infierno.

La relación calidad precio. Hay mejores centralitas pero muchísimo más caras.

Le faltan funcionalidad que para mi son interesantes que es utilizar números de móvil como llamadas salientes.

Necesitábamos contratar un sistema de centralita y en menos de 15 minutos lo tuvimos configurado y con el número activo. Sinceramente ha sido un acierto.Los planes son económicos y las funcionalidades bien orientadas.

#### Cons

La app móvil no tiene VOIP y las llamadas se realizan via desvío a un teléfono móvil que requiere de cobertura móvil.Por la web sí que se puede, pero por el teléfono no. Espero que lo mejoren en nuevas actualizaciones y poder escojerlo.

Flexibilidad en mi negocio, ya que tengo mi local lejos, y normalmente trabajo desde casa, además estoy arrancando la empresa y necesitaba la línea fija, y Rinkel cumplía todas mis necesidades.

La facilidad para poner a punto el servicio, además de la calidad del servicio en general, sumado a un gran precio, lo hace una opción muy a tener en cuenta por delante de las opciones tradicionales del mercado.

Ahora mismo no echo en falta ninguna opción, ya que estoy arrancando y con las opciones que hay con el plan básico es más que suficiente. Si tienes un poco de idea puedes sacar mucho rendimiento.
