About Rinkel

Rinkel is telephone software designed by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. Ordering and setting it up is extremely easy; you just have to choose a phone number (or request number porting if you already have a fixed line number), choose the plan that best suits your needs and make the first month's payment.

Our knowledge base is super extensive and covers every question our customers have ever had. And if you can't find the answer to a question, our customer service team will help you quickly and kindly. Our system is better than VOIP, since we use your own GSM network. This means that you do not use your data to make calls (saving costs) and that the quality and stability of the call is superior. All our plans include calls through our free app and from the Webphone, the softphone in your browser.

Our features include call forwarding and transfering, opening hours, caller ID, IVR menu, call queue, professional voiceovers, call recording and integration with other software, such as your CRM. This allows you to integrate all your call data into your management system to improve your customer service and train new team members.

Es muy versatil, rapido y confiable. Ademas que tiene una atencion al cliente super personalizada. Siempre que he realizado una consulta me lo han resuelto en minutos.

Cons:

Lo unico malo que le veo es no poder elegir numeros moviles, que suelen ser mejores para realizar llamadas por la confianza de la gente. Ademas de que estaria genial que te permita usar el webphone desde la app y no tener que redirigir llamadas al numero que le pones.

Me parecia mejor el servicio, ademas que mas economico y mejores numeros disponibles para la eleccion.

lo uso como telefonía fija ip en mi móvil, y lo bueno es que las llamadas no son ip, son normales por telefonía móvil. la comunicación es mejor.

las grabaciones de llamadas podrían estar incluidas en la tarifa básica

Es un software que tiene una buena relación en calidad/precio, es muy intuitiva y fácil de operar.

Cons:

En nuestro caso ha resuelto con todas nuestras necesidades, se podría mejorar la parte de integraciones con otras plataformas ya que de momento la única manera es la API a través de Zapier. Quedamos a la espera de futuras novedades y funcionalidades.

La facilidad, la interfaz de usuario y buena experiencia al hora del registro, sin fricciones con muchos datos y una prueba gratuita para probar el producto de verdad sin necesidad de utilizar medios de pago. Es último aspecto me convenció (Será tan bueno el producto para que te regalen una prueba gratuita sin engancharte con la tarjeta? y así lo fue)

Todo el proceso de adquisición del servicio es bastante practico, la personalización en el área de cliente es bastante fácil, logrando la finalidad del servicio

Cons:

Al principio tuve un pequeño mal entendido con el área de facturación, ya que los cobros periódicos no se realizaban automáticamente creando incertidumbre.

Su contratación ha sido muy simple, y la implementación e integración con los sistemas de la empresa ha sido rápida y eficiente.

Cons:

En el momento de la contratación no permitían el pago mediante domiciliación bancaria. Tengo entendido que es algo que se ha modificado posteriormente.

En mi caso me permite discriminar las llamadas por el horario comercial ya que antes mis comunicaciones eran a través de un número móvil y no podía configurar y discriminar las llamadas personales de las profesionales.

Cons:

Lo que menos me gusta es tener que utilizar la aplicación para realizar una llamada y sobre todo para devolverla, ya que utilizo mi smartphone. Tampoco me gusta tener que recibir una llamada de Rinkel cada vez que llamo.

Rinkel me ha permitido gestionar mi negocio con un número telefónico fijo y recibir llamadas a un coste razonable desde cualquier parte del mundo. Teniendo en cuenta que la mitad del año fuera de España, esta función me ha resultado increíblemente útil.

Cons:

Algunas de las llamadas que he recibido en el extranjero desde números españoles han fallado a media llamada y he tenido que volver a llamar, pero no ha supuesto un problema mayor.
