- The ability to protect all my on-prem items (keeping backups on-prem) and all cloud items separately (keeping them in the cloud) has great helped in completely backups in a timely manager and saving large amounts of bandwidth; because I no longer have to pull all cloud items to on-prem solution.
- While the initial setup seemed to go smooth enough, we've found several instances where we've attempted to go and retrieve backup for a user, but can't find anything related to them.
- It has enabled us to standardize processes, automate repetitive work, and scale support across multiple departments with a lean team. While there is a learning curve for advanced features, the overall value and stability of the platform have exceeded expectations.
