It was simple to setup and it's easy to use. The few times we have had to restore it has always worked. The customer service was great in helping us get online and the couple times we have used them since they have always been great. (We use it for our Google Apps backup.) All user data was backed up quickly for an organization of our size. Every time we email a question it's answered quickly and clearly - additionally SysCloud is proactive and initiates periodic check-ins to get ahead of problems with our environment. SysCloud representatives are knowledgeable, down to earth, and extremely easy to work with. For them, it's all about the customer experience and protection of the data they store for us.
