I feel skeptical of what would happen if they were to get hacked.

I find that at times I get uncomfortable about the software knowing all my information, and there is the possibility of it being hacked, but I think it is a very small risk.

The integration between 1Password and Have I Been Pwned from Troy Hunt is an excellent addition to an already great product and the Watchtower feature is very useful.

It is an excellent password locker app, and the customer service team is very helpful.

People don't trust it yet and they are afraid that if one of their passwords is hacked, everything will be a disaster.

I love how quickly you can set it up, and that it actively fortifies vulnerabilities. Best password manager out there.

The integrations with the different OS and browsers are amazing. You just need to remember 1 password and the tools helps you with all the rest.

Logging into SIEM is a lot, but good information and great for investigation.

Hard to get it to work right with software development tools. In some cases, no proper solution was ever found.

This was done very quickly and required little to no downtime for the laptops and workstations across the entire organization and the installation of the tools did not ruin any machines.

It is easy to use, does not require log in everytime you open your laptop, unlike Cisco VPN and it is much, much faster. Installation and implementation was very smooth and there were no major issues.

I use Zscaler every day and it is a good tool that allows VPN. This is very very useful now that most of the people in the company are working remotely.

I am able to reach my company network from home without having too much computer resources dedicated.

I love that this VPN software is very easy to use and it does not even feel you are running a software in the background.

The configuration is spread across different sections which makes it difficult to make changes and configure new changes.

Adds latency, which can make profiling network operations difficult. Sometimes you run into websites randomly blocking you or asking for CAPTCHA due to routing through ZScaler gateways.

The Cons are the immediate disconnection when something is wrong.

Overall, Zscaler works fine for us, although we have had issues with connectivity. There are better options, especially for the money.

Its strictness is its weakness, Google services, You tube etc is not working if not mapped with your policy.

This is one of the best solution I have worked with, it provides the seamless experience better than the traditional VPN solutions.

It works successfully on all windows systems. It supports us to provide security simply.

Zscaler can be a bit of a problem with product support. Even if there are late turns, the problem is solved.
