Access Granted Systems is an excellent, easy to use system
Access Granted Systems is an excellent, easy to use system for resident passes and guest passes for the pool. The software is simple, the tutorials are useful to navigate the site. We recommend them and will continue to use them next year.
PROSAccess Granted Systems provided a website with client log in. The system is simple, easy to navigate, tutorials provided for every question, customer service for set up and questions along the way was superior.
CONSLearning the various screens for getting to the information you need quickly was a process. My company would prefer monthly invoices be mailed/emailed for a written record, this system you are required to download from the site which was time consuming.
Reason for choosing Access Granted Systems
Simply, easy to use, direct mailing to residents to eliminate person to person contact, payments direct from residents for guest passes, we no longer had to do this in the office.

Golf Driving Range Management
Being able to show a customer how many times they logged in for the season is a great tool to show the customer how much they saved. It also helps to upgrade a member if they scan in enough times for a higher teired membership. My non-techy employees feel pretty confident using the system.
PROSFor the most part the system is terrific. I use my own keyfobs with the software. I love that the members face pops right up when they scan in - showing their name and member status.
CONSI would like to limit check ins per day. I have 3 different memberships. Standard, Gold, and Platinum Gold are only allowed to log in once per day. Standard and Platinum can log in multible times per day. It does not integrate with Square software - which I would love, but isn't necessary.

Watershed / Access Granted Systems Review
Adam Nagy is one of the most responsive business partners I have worked with. He is quick to follow up and answer questions, has made the process easy, and provides plenty of resources. He has a solutions-based mindset and is always available to me.
PROSThis is the only pool pass software that I will use for my communities, it far outperforms its competitors. It's a reasonable price and makes my job as a community manager much easier.
CONSI am going to be exploring integrating and card readers for the 2023 season.

Super Easy!
Excellent experience.
PROSSoftware was extremely easy to navigate and product support was immediate when I did have a problem or question.
CONSInitial application data was not able to be downloaded but I was told this is coming soon.

Great Company to Work With, Highly Recommend Them
By using AGS we were able to eliminate conventional passes. The employees were happy using their phone for the check-in process. AGS was prompt in sending commissions we earned. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was m y contact from the very beginning and all summer. He is very knowledgeable about the product and patient when I asked the same questions. The product is affordable. I would highly recommend this company.
PROSWe were able to check people in with our phones so no bulky computers were needed poolside. Also the simplicity for homeowners to register themselves made it simple to start using a new system.
CONSHonestly I did not encounter anything negative.
