I am the main user and find this system absolutely frustrating as we cannot do what we want it to do.

The system has improved since we first signed up with them. Features are always improving  and the direct debit run and report is very easy to understand and use the reports.

It's an all in one solution for a health/fitness club to manage leads, sales, memberships, diaries, payments and so on. Whilst it does do all of these things, it's not intuitive and looks horrible.

The software for creating the newsletters is very poor I use a different software because its so bad.

Great product and service , far superior to the previous management system i had.

The usability, the transparity and support. They understand what is needed especially within the fitness industry and apply it to there software.

Brilliant, it's easy to use and to switch over. Lee was very helpful in setting it up and has always been help thoughout.

Ease of use, nice operating system, clear to get reports on members and what you need to do with members,  great affordable gym sign up and retention softwear.

This really is a fully integrated healthclub management system, and is incredibly simple and easy to use and is constantly being updated and improved.

The system is user friendly in most areas. Having the cash register, membership system, direct debits all integrated is great.

There are still many areas we're struggling but it does the job. I'm 3 years owning the business and still don't understand how some areas work.

Excellent sales, support and training. Excellent Help Desk - so much better than our previous supplier.

Overall Clubwise  is a great integrated software but bookings element could be improved.

The fact that it is so easy to navigate , i learned how to use club-wise within a week. I love that you can have the app on your phone as well.

Our experience with clubwise has been great from day 1, excelent sales presentation, simple transfer of information and brilliant ongoing help.

The system is very straight forward to use and great to see reports.

Couldnt have done it with out them. Support team are amazing and they are always striving to make it better and better.

The product is good and features excellent, but it has a lot of bugs which are very anoying.

Its a shame that the bookings sometimes lets the system down. Sometimes we get error 500 quite regularly in peak times and on occasion the member area (online portal) goes down.

Everything is in one place - from class bookings to fob ins at the front door. To do lists for sales and notes tracking - It is an all in one solution.

There does appear to be members of the support team who have had little or no training which can be frustrating.

All the staff are very good over the phone especially the staff that have been there longer.

Not much really, few teething problems with the online signing system but all sorted quickly with no disruption to member sign ups.

If a member cancels at the bank prior to the payment run, Clubwise still tries to collect the direct debit knowing it will not collect, therefor we are charged for an additional attempted collection.

It's a really tool can sometimes be buggy but was really easy to use.

A lot more work could be done to make this a really great solution.

As a small business owner, this is an affordable solution to help me run my business. The functionality meets my needs and there are more functions I can take advantage of as my business grows.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

The software is user friendly. Between the numerous integrations and the app I and my clients have been very satisfied with the ease of use.

I love that there are many benefits for clients, easy tutorials and for the most part Spa friendly.

That it helps me attract clients, the ease of setting it up and your customer support is amazing. The web design and logo team are wonderful and efficient.

Vagaro hands down offers the best product for the money with additional features than most that allow for things like customizable memberships and rewards programs.

If an error is made in the transaction, the program is not allowed to cancel.

The software was very computer friendly also you customer supports was there to answer all my questions in a rapid response time.

So now am stuck with used pay desk that i paid full price for it. Looking for another provider i am done with Vagaro very soon.

In terms of functioning there are glitched and We he Customer service is Terrible at giving the right advice.

We love how VagARO CONTINUES  TO UPGRADE AND INTEGRATE MORE FEATURES THAT ARE VALUABLE TO RUNNING OUR BEAUTY BUSINESS.

I love the compliments I receive from my clients because the ease of use and all the information I can provide to better prepare clients for their appointments.

We also love the fact that we have the app on our phones so we have the ease of having our schedules no matter where we are during the day.

I love pretty much everything about this software it is so easy to use and navigate. Simple yet it covers all aspects of what you need.

It's building it's features which is great. It's great for a business just starting out.

When this happens you do have the option to enter in card information manually, however you are charged extra for it which is another con.

I like that I am able to personalize my site however I’d like. It’s very helpful in creating websites and pretty much self explanatory when browsing thru all they have to offer.

Easy to Pull up on my Phone or P.C. Easy to checkout and Update Clients , Easy to build a Database, pretty easy to email right from a Clients Profile.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.

Easy to use for me and my clients. They love the reminders and I love that all my salon information is in one location.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Like, sincerely hands-down I am fan all the way. It's format is user friendly for my clients and my staff to learn.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

I loved the marketing tools. The website builder and the access to easy use SOAP notes is what sold this to me, in addition to the pricing.

I like the ease of use, the scheduling and the integration of Zoom.

I am enjoying my experience and happy there is a software that takes care of the basic yoga studio needs at a great price.

Forced to have to buy gift cards that are expensive to purchase through them. Charges for the visa use was more expensive then my bank charges.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

It is easy for me to use and I do enjoy the lay out of it all. Customer support is great as well.

I love how easy it is to manage my accounting through Vagaro. Booking and Merchant services are easy and affordable.

They continue to update and improve it all the time, and have very good live customer service, which is so important when there is an issue that needs immediate attention.

Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

I also appreciate being able to see my stat's for the month and year. It's a great help for taxes.

Seems to be pretty user friendly and I'm still learn the ins and outs but for the most part I am enjoying it. Would recommend it to other users.

I love that it is easy to navigate. Also very nice I can do everything pretty much from my mobile device.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.

The only dislike is that we can not add the pets name.
