I am the main user and find this system absolutely frustrating as we cannot do what we want it to do.

The system has improved since we first signed up with them. Features are always improving  and the direct debit run and report is very easy to understand and use the reports.

It's an all in one solution for a health/fitness club to manage leads, sales, memberships, diaries, payments and so on. Whilst it does do all of these things, it's not intuitive and looks horrible.

The software for creating the newsletters is very poor I use a different software because its so bad.

Great product and service , far superior to the previous management system i had.

The usability, the transparity and support. They understand what is needed especially within the fitness industry and apply it to there software.

Brilliant, it's easy to use and to switch over. Lee was very helpful in setting it up and has always been help thoughout.

Ease of use, nice operating system, clear to get reports on members and what you need to do with members,  great affordable gym sign up and retention softwear.

This really is a fully integrated healthclub management system, and is incredibly simple and easy to use and is constantly being updated and improved.

The system is user friendly in most areas. Having the cash register, membership system, direct debits all integrated is great.

There are still many areas we're struggling but it does the job. I'm 3 years owning the business and still don't understand how some areas work.

Excellent sales, support and training. Excellent Help Desk - so much better than our previous supplier.

Overall Clubwise  is a great integrated software but bookings element could be improved.

The fact that it is so easy to navigate , i learned how to use club-wise within a week. I love that you can have the app on your phone as well.

Our experience with clubwise has been great from day 1, excelent sales presentation, simple transfer of information and brilliant ongoing help.

The system is very straight forward to use and great to see reports.

Couldnt have done it with out them. Support team are amazing and they are always striving to make it better and better.

The product is good and features excellent, but it has a lot of bugs which are very anoying.

Its a shame that the bookings sometimes lets the system down. Sometimes we get error 500 quite regularly in peak times and on occasion the member area (online portal) goes down.

Everything is in one place - from class bookings to fob ins at the front door. To do lists for sales and notes tracking - It is an all in one solution.

There does appear to be members of the support team who have had little or no training which can be frustrating.

All the staff are very good over the phone especially the staff that have been there longer.

Not much really, few teething problems with the online signing system but all sorted quickly with no disruption to member sign ups.

If a member cancels at the bank prior to the payment run, Clubwise still tries to collect the direct debit knowing it will not collect, therefor we are charged for an additional attempted collection.

It's a really tool can sometimes be buggy but was really easy to use.

A lot more work could be done to make this a really great solution.

This company is willing to put the time in to improve their software and listen to the needs of their customers to build a better platform for businesses to flourish.

Also, thanks to some GREAT tech support reps along my path, I now understand the software very well and have come to realize how powerful its functionality is.

I love the integrations, especially with Zoom. This has made my pivot to online coaching seamless.

My overall experience has been GREAT. It is so user friendly, and has so many awesome customizations.

When adding new services, I have to go into each purchase option separately to add the service. This is a little frustrating, especially if you miss one.

Besides all the great features of the Wellness Living software, the other over-the-top fabulous thing about switching to Wellness Living has been the way they take such great care of me.

An integrated rewards program means our clients can easily track points and redeem and use rewards themselves.

The reports are limited and lack detail. The onboarding process and training was poor and not complete when we went live.

It was a seamless transition and I have been so pleased with how responsive and flexible this system. Unlike my previous provider, Wellness Living values and supports small businesses like mine.

Complaint:  A real problem escalating issues or getting additional support  when issues arose regarding the functionality, or  features not working as expected.

Our success means Wellness Living will be successful. They really look for ways to make me more successful and profitable.

It is the best software for my studio. With updates often, I am hoping that things will get better as they grow.

The capabilities, customer service and price are best.
