DataTrak is an awesome tool for easily signing up new clients and keeping tabs on them.

Like, if I do a search and accidentally click on the wrong name, I have to right click and hit back instead of being able to backtrack within the page.

It's okay- i am not sure if there is a better/ faster platform out there but if there was, i would love to try it out.

It could also benefit from a 'makeover' as in all honestly, the visual of the program is not appealing at all.

I refer to Datatrak as the hub and spoke model. Datatrak is the hub and all other solutions integrate / connect and talk to it.

The only time this software is difficult is when you're dealing with reporting.

In comparison to other platforms we have used we have yet to be disappointed in the capabilities of Datatrak.

This software is confusing. There are way too many steps to do in order to perform one task that could be as simple as a click of a button.

The system is very stable, efficient and easy to use for keeping time and piece rate counts.

It is a very stable platform with great reporting capabilities. It manages members and payments seamlessly.

I like that ABC can integrate with CRM systems since we did not have one with ABC included and had a member portal option available.

The software is a bit dated aesthetically, but it functions very well. Their customer service is great.

Stable software, great up-time and availability, good reporting. For our single gym the price was pretty steep and when we renewed they did not have any options.

Decent Product/Company, but poor Value For Money.

It can be very slow and sluggish at times. It can crash when you least need it too and might freeze at times when you're working on things.

They are doing billing and access control at an acceptable level.

I have personally used the datatrak systems for 6 almost 7 years. The system is wonderful and works for the company.

Worst customer service ever. The company completely changed about 6 months after we started using.

We have solved nearly every club management issue with ABC.

At times its difficult to make changes to an account if an invoice is close to being withdrawn. Calling customer service to handle the problem is also difficult.

I like that it is able to hold all of the information from our members for all of our gyms. We have a lot of locations and you are able to locate any member from any location.

Took me less than a day to learn and having a tool that would quickly let me change my schedule was great. Datatrack allowed me to see which of my clients sessions were funded and which werent.

Not to mention their customer service representatives are absolutely wonderful to work with. They are so incredibly helpful and go above and beyond each time.

The interface would sometimes lag behind payments and not tell if a client had funded sessions for a few days which led to some rescheduling when it wasn't actually necessary.

ABC was with us for a long time, so clearly we liked using ABC and found it useful. However, there are several ways to improve the look of it and make it easier for us to use.

Great reporting, Easy to use, Very easy to convert from old system, Minimal headaches, Password changes great for compliance.

Long hold time no solutions to ongoing problems.

Overall, it has been a great experience using DataTrak.

With the busy club environment and wearing many hats ABC's technical and client management team makes the member management tasks easy.

There were A LOT of different functions, which was mostly fantastic. It was also fairly easy to navigate and train new employees on.

Losing members because no one is ever available to help in situations.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.

Easy to use for me and my clients. They love the reminders and I love that all my salon information is in one location.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

Forced to have to buy gift cards that are expensive to purchase through them. Charges for the visa use was more expensive then my bank charges.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

It is easy for me to use and I do enjoy the lay out of it all. Customer support is great as well.

I love how easy it is to manage my accounting through Vagaro. Booking and Merchant services are easy and affordable.

They continue to update and improve it all the time, and have very good live customer service, which is so important when there is an issue that needs immediate attention.

Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

I also appreciate being able to see my stat's for the month and year. It's a great help for taxes.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.
