Cons: It is confusing the billing options as I always get charged for a high volume of memberships when I actually only have 100. Its hard to set it up where families register for something, yet don't get counted as a member taking classes. I often have a one time user (open gym or clinic) and then they do not continue. I don't feel I should be paying for them as members. I understand I have to go in and archive these families but that is time consuming to do all the time and then some want to return and can't because I archived them.
