Not overly happy

Overall it is easy to use and I have found it has taken pressure off me in regards to booking. However between stripe charges and legit payment it is expensive. I would love if I could send group messages too

PROS

It is very easy to use for me and for clients.

CONS

Everytime you make a change through you phone you have to close it down and tap into it again. Also my clients have been having payment issues.

From the day that the opened legit fit have been one of the most genuine and easiest to deal with companies I've had the pleasure of doing business with. If I don't understand something from the app there are always on hand to help out I would highly recommend that it fits to anyone looking to further there fitness business.

Extremely reliable and easy to use system!

From the first call, everything was outlined really clearly, to the changeover from another system, and the check ins regularly I can’t fault a thing. Always a great bonus to support a fellow Cork business!

PROS

Legitfit have managed to create a system that has what you need, while keeping it clear and uncluttered. None of my clients had any issues switching to legitfit from a different software which shows its ease of use for clients. Paramount for us.

CONS

Haven’t found any cons yet, after almost 18 months of use.

They had created something to suit our needs rather than copying an existing model.

Mindbody had increased their prices during the pandemic which I found cheeky. They also had so many features that didn’t apply to us. Legitfit made the transfer so simple it was a no brainer.

LegitFit and the small Studio

*I want clients to be able to book with ease and have no 15 minute booking window obstacle. *Clients need to be booked into each class at the time of booking, having to book into each class if a block of classes were bought was cumbersome and a negative experience for my clients. *I want to able to email all my clients with one click. I do not know how to do this. *The Instant Zoom link or YouTube link Is great for direct access to my classes. *Working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was great! She was very efficient, and thorough. Answered all my questions and got back to me promptly. *Website embed worked great. I felt once I had signed up with LegitFit and following initial meetings with [SENSITIVE CONTENT], there was no more contact with him. I did however miss a call with him, but otherwise there was no correspondence from him.

PROS

*Easy to set up classes *Easy to pay through Stripe *Easy to ammend existing classes and add ‘pop-up’ classes. *Great to be able to replace the Zoom link with a YouTube link when needed.

CONS

*Booking for clients needs to be easier. When a block of classes are booked, the client should be booked in straight away. The ‘booking into’ each class caused problems for my clients. *The 15 minute window booking access needs to be changed, be removed or made more flexible. *Clients found it cumbersome to use. *I would like to be able to customise the colours so match my logo etc. *Would like to have an area for ‘on demand’ recorded classes or a membership for access to recordings.

Does exactly what it says on the tin

The guys are great. Easy to deal with, any queries are answered the very same day. Delighted to have moved over to Legitfit

PROS

The user interface it very easy to use. We have a wide range of clients from 18 to 60, all can use the booking system without any issue.

CONS

There is no function to show the monthly summary income. Although, the guys email me this every month.

Streamlined payment's and bookings. The time saved on this are know better served with my clients directly.

PROS

Legitfit have stream lined the whole back end experience in my gym. The site is doing most of the work which allows me to focus on the people when they come through the door!

CONS

I can't navigate straight to a client's profile from the package/membership page. If I want to edit it u have to exit the products page and go to the client's list .

Haven't had great experiences with them. Glofox especially was a nightmare

Great product would definitely recommend

It’s been great so far. I haven’t needed much support but when I have it’s always been quick to get responses and the answers I’ve needed. And the transition to using the system was smooth and easy!

PROS

I like that it gives me the freedom to not worry about booking clients in manually and individually. But I can still do it where needs be. I think it gives me a more professional look and it’s really easy to use. All my clients got the hang of it straight away.

CONS

Not being able to edit packages prices once they are set. It would be handy to do that rather than create a whole new package with a new price. Not being able to extend packages once they have expired and I’ve found if I have extended them clients are still unable to use remaining sessions.

I found team up confusing. And didn’t offer what I needed. The customer service of legitfit was great and it had exactly what I needed.

Legit Fit Review for Crescent Yoga

Overall it's been great so far. I'm still making my mind up as to whether it's a long term option for a booking system as I don't know if it is the right fit for the size of my business but it's definitely had more pros than cons to date.

PROS

I can manage the timetable very easy and I have no hassle with cash payments, refunds etc. Overall, it's much better than the previous booking system software I was using.

CONS

The messaging facility is a little clunky as I've had messages from clients and missed them since there's no notification system in place. I would like to be able to offer discounts on packages as well as memberships. I'd would like to be able to move about the position of packages once I add them as if I want to edit a package it moves to a different place in the list from where I would like it to be.

I was contacted by LegitFit and upon hearing what they could offer I decided to give it a go as it would take away the need for me to do a lot of the work myself.

No Going Back

PROS

I've been using this software for about a year now. I know that for a lot of Personal Trainers managing timetables and clients can be pretty thankless. The software allows clients to handle their own bookings. You can set up automated refunds and it's even possible to customise your own cancellation policy through the app. The interface is minimal and very easy to use. All my appointments and sessions are colours coded according to the category and I even have my personal diary on my timetable in red that only I can view. I am a very small operator and I was worried about having another expense however since my first meeting with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] I've managed to significantly increased my income as well as profit. Looking at how far the company has come in 1 year has given me great confidence in their future. I'm always excited to see what's around the corner.

CONS

I would love to see the software move to a full app, however I know they are working on this at the moment so it's only around the corner

My overall experience with Legit has been excellent. They continue to improve and integrate feedback from users.

Simple to use booking and payment service for fitness centres. The team at Legit fit are excellent. Quick response to user queries and problem fixing. They listen to their users! I highly recommend Legit Fit.

CONS

Not able to bulk message clients without upgrading is a bit of nuisance.

A business is all about building systems, this is one of the best for gyms in my opinion

definitely has increased cashflow and i dont have to chase members for money mainly

It’s works for me a complete Luddite!

It was great during CoVid as it kept a record of my attendance, and also Zoom was integrated into legitFit Now it’s my admin, leaving me time to get on with teaching.

PROS

That I can manage it! I can change my timetable/ classes etc on my phone rather than waiting to go back to laptop or diary!

CONS

Some of my clients still dragging there heels! My price plan for memberships changed - but I couldn’t change existing clients onto the new tariff.

Face to face time meeting with personnel LegiFit gave me the opportunity to discuss my needs and how LegitFit could help me out by organising my bookings, payment, cancellations etc and hearing other gym users testimonies at a training course I attended. It was just what I was looking for! Havnt looked back since!

Simple and easy to use. Any issues which are none at the moment can be dealt with by easily contacting the team which are always happy to help. Iv rang on one occasion to ask a question and was talked through it.

PROS

Simple and straight forward to set up. Had great help from staff while setting up and couldn’t believe how quick it was done. I was ready to go in no time. I like that’s it’s simple for clients to use and I like how it’s easy to use for myself.

CONS

I don’t have any issues with the software to date. Only thing I can say here is about clients upgrading or downgrading memberships. Maybe it’s me missing something here. Possible option for me to do this for them. It can be done with some cancelling and rebooking. Otherwise no issues

Fantastic, took a while for me to jump onto it with lock down and hesitance but has been a blessing to the business overall

PROS

What I like most about about it is how easier it has made managing the admin of the gym itself. Timetable is easy to set up, onboarding new members is easy, setting up different memberships and packages is a breeze. Visually pleasing and Functionally a pleasure to use for the business

CONS

Only con I have is regarding to manual cancellation of members and not being able to set up a weekly/monthly payout option ( but on writing this review I believe that is being implemented)

Great service!

Brilliant, they have been a pleasure to deal with from the start.

PROS

Ease of use for clients. I started with LegitFit in the very early days of their start up and they have gone from strength to strength since then. The lads have been brilliant to deal with from the beginning and they always make you feel like they genuinely care about your business. Top class service from top class people!

CONS

Nothing yet, the app version is on its way so looking forward to that.

Raise The Bar

It’s absolutely amazing! The customer services is amazing. Always on hand when we have an issue!

PROS

We really feel that the direct debit system really helps us with client retention, it also takes the stress off us trying to keep control of peoples renewals. The booking systems works great for us too as we have a max capacity on our classes

CONS

I would love if members got a notification every time a message was sent and vice versa

Sale of memberships & packages is easier and clients/members booking themselves into sessions & classes.

No App availibility which has now been resolved and developed.
