I love the integration with Lightspeed and the fact that we can have house accounts for our members that can be viewed efficiently and accurately.

Every software has their small issues, however the Chronogolf team is always there to fix our problems quickly.

Not being able to edit once booked, no scorecards, cannot add a guest and sometimes the app was overloaded and ran slow.

I am very excited for the Dynamic Pricing module and I am very interested in integrating it into our facility in 2019.

Lightspeed Restaurant - a good way to manage a restaurant / bar in an efficient and effective manner. Promo Codes - are a great way to track and manage promotions and discounts for customers.

Chronogolf / Lightspeed Retail / Lightspeed Restaurant - user friendly and there are constant improvements / innovations. Packages and Subscription module - easy to use, track and manage.

The biggest strength of the program, is its simplicity.

I love the Chronogolf solution for its user friendly features and how easy it is to train employees.

Chronogolf and Lightspeed works seamlessly and the design and integrations are clear, easy on the eye and easy to navigate.

Our customers appreciate the ease of use and access to their profile as well as the account details that are offered.

Paying multiple players at the same time sluggish. That online booking is either all or nothing for the client to pay online.

There are many great tools and features that ChronoGolf has to accomplish the everyday goal of making our golfers happy.

Recently purchased by Lightspeed, it is backed by one of the strongest, brightest and intelligent businesses in the industry.

Only con would be the fear of our internet being down and if that is the case not being able to run the proshop in the meantime. That is a risk to take for a great cloud based software.

Our golf facility has been happy to use the Chronogolf booking software since 2014. It has been a very good experience so far.

Still a few functions that are missing, but the team is very open to suggestions and works to accommodate  our individual business needs.

Best thing is speed in which things can be done. Customer support is very friendly and easy to deal with.

The tutorials and articles available are also a great help, without forgetting the online support available in real time.

I am still to discover some things I dislike about the software.

We chose Chronogolf by Lightspeed and we LOVE it. This program is so user friendly, which was exactly what we needed, as we have a few employees who have never even used a computer before.

As a small business owner, this is an affordable solution to help me run my business. The functionality meets my needs and there are more functions I can take advantage of as my business grows.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

The software is user friendly. Between the numerous integrations and the app I and my clients have been very satisfied with the ease of use.

I love that there are many benefits for clients, easy tutorials and for the most part Spa friendly.

That it helps me attract clients, the ease of setting it up and your customer support is amazing. The web design and logo team are wonderful and efficient.

Vagaro hands down offers the best product for the money with additional features than most that allow for things like customizable memberships and rewards programs.

If an error is made in the transaction, the program is not allowed to cancel.

The software was very computer friendly also you customer supports was there to answer all my questions in a rapid response time.

So now am stuck with used pay desk that i paid full price for it. Looking for another provider i am done with Vagaro very soon.

In terms of functioning there are glitched and We he Customer service is Terrible at giving the right advice.

I love the compliments I receive from my clients because the ease of use and all the information I can provide to better prepare clients for their appointments.

We also love the fact that we have the app on our phones so we have the ease of having our schedules no matter where we are during the day.

I love pretty much everything about this software it is so easy to use and navigate. Simple yet it covers all aspects of what you need.

It's building it's features which is great. It's great for a business just starting out.

When this happens you do have the option to enter in card information manually, however you are charged extra for it which is another con.

I like that I am able to personalize my site however I’d like. It’s very helpful in creating websites and pretty much self explanatory when browsing thru all they have to offer.

Easy to Pull up on my Phone or P.C. Easy to checkout and Update Clients , Easy to build a Database, pretty easy to email right from a Clients Profile.

I have really enjoyed processing with Vagaro and the user friendly interface. I also love how my clients get emails and text reminders before their appointments.

I spend countless hours a month combing the system for these errors and it makes our company look incompetent to our customers.

Easy to use for me and my clients. They love the reminders and I love that all my salon information is in one location.

So completely useless for my business and a total waste of time trying to set up. This should be a big warning before you sign up.

NOTES:  I like this section it's comprehensive to different professions. The medical note section is helpful for massage therapists and other medically oriented professions.

Like, sincerely hands-down I am fan all the way. It's format is user friendly for my clients and my staff to learn.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

I loved the marketing tools. The website builder and the access to easy use SOAP notes is what sold this to me, in addition to the pricing.

I like the ease of use, the scheduling and the integration of Zoom.

I am enjoying my experience and happy there is a software that takes care of the basic yoga studio needs at a great price.

Forced to have to buy gift cards that are expensive to purchase through them. Charges for the visa use was more expensive then my bank charges.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

It is easy for me to use and I do enjoy the lay out of it all. Customer support is great as well.

I love how easy it is to manage my accounting through Vagaro. Booking and Merchant services are easy and affordable.

They continue to update and improve it all the time, and have very good live customer service, which is so important when there is an issue that needs immediate attention.

Sometimes it's difficult to find what I'm looking for. That can be frustrating when I'm with a client.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

I also appreciate being able to see my stat's for the month and year. It's a great help for taxes.

Seems to be pretty user friendly and I'm still learn the ins and outs but for the most part I am enjoying it. Would recommend it to other users.

I love that it is easy to navigate. Also very nice I can do everything pretty much from my mobile device.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.

The only dislike is that we can not add the pets name.
