Very easy to use, Great Customer service!
The reoccuring billing is fantastic! It is very easy to use and to navigate through as well! The integration was smooth and training was top notch!
CONSWe haven't had any problems from the system.
Reasons for switching to Membership Integrity System
Salesforce was for one too expensive and WAY too hard to manage. There were updates all of the time and no one to help implement those updates.

An excellenat experience!
PROSThough we do not use this software in a typical way that others may it works perfect for the human service program I direct. It is flexible and powerful to meet our data needs and that is ahuge plus. The other best thing about this is the support staff are super responsive and kind. I love working with them and they are always willing to adapt and make changes to suit our needs. Can't say enough good about my expereince with them.
CONSThere are a lot of features and many we do not use. There isn't really a least for us because anytime we want something to work better or differently for us they are right there making it happen.

Great starter system
I like that this system was a one time payment and fairly easy to use but in the end it was the poor customer service that made us change products. I found it difficult to get information when I had questions, felt like I was treated like I was stupid when I did ask questions and lost money because of it. We purchased the card swip- but never figured out how to use it. Purchased the finger printer just to find out, after several iritating phone calls later, that we had to spend another $200 for the authorization to use it. That would have been helpful information when we purchased it. In the end, we just gave up and went with another comparny that gave us the support we need so we understand the system. I'm sure this system works great but after using it a year and a half without understanding it fully- we gave up.

Loyal to MIS.IO
Overall I have found this system to work well for us and I can call anytime to get the help I need.
PROSI like most is that I am able to talk to Gerry when ever I need help with the system. That is a rare find there.
CONSThe one thing I don't like is that when I freeze a client they still show up as active. I wish they works just be counted as frozen and not included in our active count.

It was a good price and they developed what we needed for our unique gym type.

Easy to use membership tracking/billing system!
5 stars!
PROS[SENSITIVE CONTENT] is extremely helpful! He has handled every issue I’ve had with ease & as quickly as possible!
CONSI think the website, physically could appear more modern & maybe the tabs could be merged together and the more important things like creating/editing membership plan, online portal etc could be easier to access!

A friend recommended it. She enrolled with them for a short period of time for her basketball training facility. She didn’t use it much so she didn’t continue with it but it has been our only source of tracking our members for 3 years now!

Happy, but could see a few updates for easy of use.
This is our second try at some form of Membership software and it has been a much better experience than the last software and we hope to see continued options offered through MIS in the future.
PROSIntegration was fluid and the product does offer easy of use for staff and members.
CONSHave been told they are working on multi day registration, but have not seen it implemented yet. Payment and renewal e-mails do not seem to be effective either.

Very easy to use and great customer service.
Wonderful. We received a demonstration of the software and quickly decided it was just what we needed to operate the pool during the summer.

It’s been a really great software especially to us who are using it for a gym , it’s an added bonus

CONSTaking time to reply to email at times wouldn’t know probably maybe it might be because of time difference in some countries of use especially like us who are using done here in Zambia.

MIS review
The scheduling system is easy and user friendly for individuals who may not be very technically savvy.
CONSIt is frustrating having to manually plug in every time slot that I am available to train clients. If I am working an entire day, it would be nice to be able to select all of the time I am working.

MIS was the first software we integrated at our fitness facility, the process was easy to set up and we had fantastic customer service throughout the process and still to this day. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was there to assist me in all of my confusion and guide me through the entire system. I grew fond of the system it is definitely very easy to use.
CONSTo every software, there are pros and cons. This system is mainly for memberships; everything we needed for our members was there and worked perfectly, but since we are a personal training facility and there is not much specification or customization towards that, we have decided to part ways as we try to grow our training business. There is also not a lot of reports to see, I have been having to keep an airtable sheet with all the information and keep track of it like that. There is a report tab but it was limited towards the areas I wanted to see.

We had come from legit nothing over to MIS, and it solved all of our auto-renewal problems. I was able to quickly charge clients with ease and everything looked great. For a starter system, this was perfect. I definitely more than enjoyed my time with MIS and will miss the system and its team.

We are using your feedback to expand the report capabilities and also the ability for customer's to request complex custom data dumps that the platform may not have out of the box. MIS Works GREAT For Our Zumba Studio!
PROS: Easy to set up Easy to use Easy to track memberships and class packages Technical support is provided by the developer himself Cost is extremely reasonable Response from technical support is generally handled quickly by email CONS: None After EXTENSIVE research, all the software I could find for gyms, fitness centers, dance studios, etc. were way too expensive and they had so many bells and whistles I would never use. All I wanted was a system to keep track of my memberships and class packages, as well membership stats (date and time of sign-ins, number of students in a class, number of members at any point in time, the date membership expire ,etc. etc. etc.). I also wanted to be able to get some financial reports, such as payments received, broken down by cash, credit card and check. And of course, the cost of the software was very important. I downloaded the free demo and figured I would set it up and see how it functioned. I gave it a good workout and it seemed to fit my needs. More good news! The system is very inexpensive (a fraction of the cost of its competitors I could find). So far so good. Lastly, I wanted to talk to someone currently using it. I contacted Jerry, and he was kind enough to give me the name and number of a Zumba studio in Florida to talk to. The owner of that studio was VERY helpful. She spoke very highly of the software, and even took the time to tell me each feature she was using, and how it worked for her. I did my test of the free download over Labor Day weekend, 2011, and it seemed to handle everything I was looking for and then some. By the following Monday, I purchased the software and was using it at the studio. MIS worked unbelievably GREAT!!! Since then, I've learned more by using. There are a few minor things I would like to see changed in terms of filtering reports and making changes to existing information. Nothing I can't work around, and may or may not matter to most users. In summary, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this software.

Very pleased with MIS
The ease of use for our staff allows me to spend less time training and correcting errors. The ability to schedule recurring emails saves me a lot of time as well. The customer services is second to none. Rep is always very prompt in responding if ever I have an issue and great about finding us solutions.
PROSThe best thing about MIS is that it's easy to learn and very uncomplicated to use. We used to use EZFacility, which was for more complicated and less user-friendly than MIS. We frequently found ourselves using fields and other features in convoluted, unintended ways just so we could keep track of everything we wanted to because there was no way to customize anything. MIS's custom questions feature allows us that flexibility. All of our employees have been able to master the system very quickly. We've had it for almost a year and staff still comments on how much easier MIS is than EZFacility.
CONSReports can still use some work. Sometimes the spreadsheet is unusable for us because of the way the data appears.

Absolute superb customer service and product!
ease of customer management.
PROSWe have been using MIS since 2011 and can't fault how easy it is to use. We have an old school bodybuilding gym and have integrated it with our door controls! Computer crashed a few times and emailed customer service who responded lighting quick!
CONSNone the system is self explanatory. If only I could change the phone input to UK type and same goes for the currency.

Aquatic Management
I like the option to have an online management system.
CONSThe person who helps us with our software is helpful, but I feel like there is little help available. There are no tutorials, help buttons, etc... It is very confusing to set up, and to help members with their issues. The ability for the patron to be able to sign up online is very confusing.
