Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • I absolutely love this this software. I’ve used it at multiple jobs I’ve had. It’s super easy to navigate and makes our jobs easier.

  • Awesome customer service! The rep is the best!

  • Cons

  • Customer service is mostly good but inconsistent. Pricing is slightly on the high side. I pay about $105 a month.

  • Only complaint is the desktop website, it's a bit messier and harder to use, but they have a great app so it makes up for it.

  • Pros

  • The app is easy to use and understand.I really like the flexibility

  • Sounds cool with so many features, customer support is nice and helpful.

  • Cons

  • Can be hard for new users to use the app to the full potential but if you take the time clients will use the app and get more benefits from it once you show them how.

  • The notifications are not very quick, and the apps are individual as opposed to being just one for portal, food and coaching. Lot to get head around at first but support is incredible
