PTminder has been very easy to use from the start. I like how easy it is to input everyones information, and it is great that it posts the upcoming birthdays on the main page.

I don't like that there is no option for a client to sign an actual membership contract.

I would stress that this complaint is very minor, and has not impacted my user experience.

As a mobile PT, I don't always have access to the internet so a massive downside it not having an offline use.

Love how easy it is to schedule clients appointments, invoice, keep track of client payments and integrate with Ezidebit. And it's great that a lot of this can be done from the mobile app.

The website was somewhat easy to use and came with a lot of convenient features like the calendar, ability to send/create invoices, creative pricing, and more.

I handle the PT part while PTminder worries about the admin part.

The online support service provided is outstanding. Support has been available 7 days and all staff are willing to help.

We did a lot of research into gym management software and even purchased software from another company before using PTminder...it ended up being horrible and we had to cancel it and search again.

Customer service language barrier (sometimes takes a while to explain the issue), limitations for missed sessions tracking and pausing a membership tracking.

Overall, this is a good option for personal trainers and the like to run their online business and deliver their programs to clients.

I love this user-friendly software. Having my own studio and being able to accurately and easily keep not only my calendar and payments in perfect order but it also helps during tax time.

Monthly graphs and charts are awesome visual aid of financial position. Love that I can easily jump from monthly to weekly to annually depending what data I want to compare.

I have a hard time Seeing my credit card charges that I pay , and i cannot figure out how to change my routing information. So some things could be designed clearer.

Very poor I feel ripped off by their illegal refund policies. They ripped me off for $700 even though I never once used the service.

The price point is great. I love the ability to do payroll, run reports and credit card processing all in one place.

Like I mentioned before they have such amazing support, and training videos, and how to articles. It's incredibly user friendly.

Forced to have to buy gift cards that are expensive to purchase through them. Charges for the visa use was more expensive then my bank charges.

There was no comparison. My favorite things about vagaro is the amazing customer service, ease of use, and the ability to use on both desk top and mobile devices.

Sometimes the card reader doesn't connect which is really frustrating because then I have to enter the credit card information by hand and get charged more. That's extremely frustrating.

They LOVE having the ability to see their schedules from the personal smart phone/ tablet when they aren't at work. Our client's LOVE their texting reminders.

The websites we can create are professional and super easy to create. Add ons like shopping cart to your website are inexpensive and easy to turn on/off at any time...I have done so, many times.

I am extremely satisfied with Vagaro and all supports in place. I recommend it to colleagues in the field.
