PULSE is a cloud-based club management solution suitable for gyms, fitness centers and spas of all sizes. Key features including scheduling, reporting, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, point of sale (POS), lead management, employee management and more.

Other features include commissioning, corporate wellness and invoicing, automated email and text communications and payment processing. The platform is mobile-friendly, so users can view information and schedule appointments from desktop or mobile devices. Users can schedule one-time or recurring appointments, as well as manage leads, customer appointments, waitlists and employee schedules.

The POS module provides inventory management, tracking and multiple payment methods. Reports can be pulled on desktop or mobile devices. Several integrations with third-party software are also available.

Support is offered over the phone, via email and through remote desktop support. Pricing is per month.

Easy to use, hardly functional.

Pros

I like how simple it is to setup, open, and get going with pulse. It has a simple interface that’s easy to understand

Cons

I do not like the buggy functionality of pulse. Whenever I try to switch networks, it almost always stops working and makes it so I have to reinstall the entire software package multiple times.
