RhinoFit is a cloud-based club management solution for small and midsize facilities such as gyms, martial arts studios and campus fitness centers. RhinoFit helps users manage, scheduling, email campaigns, digital waivers and automated notifications.

RhinoFit allows users to configure class schedules and embed class calendars into existing websites. Clients can view classes and register through a web browser or through a dedicated Android or iOS app. The app allows clients to view their attendance history, track progress, update profile information and communicate with other clients.

Users can send out email campaigns to clients and prospects. Additionally, users can configure and send out waivers and health forms, which can be signed electronically. Online product stores can be used to sell various products and services, and users can track inventory with product management tools.

Pricing is per month. Support is offered over the phone and via email.

YOU NEED QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION

We like everything but the lack of quickbooks integration is becoming a dealbreaker

RhinoFit Dojo Necessity!

RhinoFit software enables us to track student progressions, log WODs and manage overall attendnace of students and instructors. It has proven to be a valuable tool that we use for accounting, payroll and student retention.

Pros

The product is simple and easy to implement. Our dojo was able to convert and begin using the software within one business day. It was literally an overnight turnaround.

Cons

The software lacks an ad-hoc notification system. We would love to be able to flag students so that when they log in at the kiosk they are presented with a custom message that we have flagged them for. This single feature would make the RhinoFit software a total package!

Cost. Ease of navigation. Customer service has been good.

Cons

Mobile app (always require sign in, no option to have calendar as "Home", classes on calendar so incredibly small to click). Unable to design own automated emails. Unable to remove deleted members from "All" tab. Would like the ability to have automated emails sent to me personally. Unable to have a direct link to "Events".

I love it so far!

I am new to the software but so far I am loving it.

Pros

I love the price! It is very user-friendly. I can typically navigate through most software without a problem. But I found this one to be very intuitive. Even my mother who usually take a minute to come up to speed said that this software was very easy to use. It fits will into my business.

Cons

I don't like the fact that they yet to set up ways to send your own automated emails. Or you can not send messages only to reserved members of a particular class. But I am just being picky. The membership setup is fine, I like the ease of it but I am yet to find a solution to a particular membership configuration I need. I need to set a yearly membership to be paid in 3 months but after payment I do not want it to restart payment plan or to end membership.

Client manager for smaller/private clubs/studios.

It's a great starter client manager for smaller businesses. As an industry expert and a large club operator I found a few (simple) bugs when signing in prospects into our kiosk, lag in reporting, and false check in errors.

Pros

Mobile adapting- from cloud to phone abilities.
The pricing is decent for what you can manage.
Customer service reps are well versed but a bit slow to respond on critical issues.

Cons

A bit of a lag switching from screen to screen also reporting is quite slow to email.
Kiosk reporting is tedious and a multi-step process.
Calendar is only available on a monthly view, an option would be the weekly or daily view.

Easy to operate!

Pros

The product management makes it easy to run a product store from my mobile phone. Easy to customize as well!

Cons

The digital waivers were a challenge to get going, but once they were created it made it easier for my customers to access.

Why I switched

Having a software program that is there when your not and helps you give the best customer experience is a plus. RhinoFit is easy to use and is a great all in one management system.

Pros

Best price! Easy set-up and works great! Our business is growing and we needed a software program that could grow with us. Having the ability to add an integrated door system that would allow our members and residents to have 24/7 access and keep the business secure is why we switched.

Cons

I haven't found anything that I do not like about RhinoFit but I'm still exploring. Customer service has been attentive with any questions I had and helped me transition my clients from my old software program without a hitch.

Superb Gym Software

Easy to use platform and the price is just amazing. They also recently added Door access entry which allows my business to run on its own.

Working with RF Software for over a year now

Overall I have a good experience with it. If it would not be for the pop ups to review, even after a review was written.

You can not beat the price! The onboarding was super easy too!

RhinoFit can be a great tool for a gym

Pros

Overall it is solid! Pricing is very good or what it offers. It has been a benefit inside of our gym with transactions.

Cons

It is not always user friendly. We have had some issues with this using iPhones, but it seems as most of the glitches or issues are being worked on.

I wish there was a feature to block off classes if they are not scheduled by a certain time.

I wish this app was integrated with Zapier for integration. It would be much eAsier for me to manage.

I wish that members where automatically active rather than having to go and change them from prospects to active this is really time consuming
