Within a few hours of using the software all employees have been able to successfully navigate their way through transactions, new clients, class enrolments etc.. The integration with Ezi Debit and the POS systems is fantastic and very convenient. Once setting up the classes, payments, memberships, package deals, products, services etc. the time you will save is invaluable. If you need help the staff a great at getting back to you and talking you through it. Cons: The features may have been a little trickier to navigate in the infancy of the software however this has been continually improved over time and the software has become more practical.
