When I bring an issue to them, they don’t dismiss it, offer a flimsy workaround, or say “that’s just how it is.” They listen, take responsibility where appropriate, and genuinely explore whether the software itself can be improved—for the benefit of all users. Their response time is fast, communication is thorough, and they always follow up to make sure an issue is fully resolved before closing a ticket. Most importantly, they never imply that the problem—or my frustration—is my fault. #### Cons As with any evolving software, updates (to Wodify, browsers, or operating systems) can occasionally cause hiccups. This sometimes requires clearing caches, refreshing, or updating systems. I’ve learned to schedule this as a regular maintenance task. The mobile app is popular with our community and helps keep them engaged with the gym. It’s refreshing to be able to log in and talk to a real person (not a chatbot) when we need to troubleshoot something. And if the issue is more involved, we can hop on a Zoom call. The Wodify customer support team is genuinely invested in our success, and it brings incredible peace of mind. The software itself is simple, intuitive, and every feature feels like it was created with gym owners in mind. We use Wodify for everything: scheduling, payments, class programming, and the digital displays our clients follow during workouts. And everything just works. We’ve been with Wodify for 12 years now, but it always feels like we’re using the most up-to-date software because every two weeks we get an email about new features and enhancements they’ve released. #### Cons Honestly, this is a difficult question because nothing major comes to mind. Like any robust software, there’s a bit of a learning curve when exploring new or advanced features, but Wodify’s support materials and customer service team make getting up to speed surprisingly easy. #### Reasons for switching to Wodify At the time MindBody did not have member management and client results tracking integrated in one software. We have been a customer since 2013 and have grown together. I have seen the effort that has been put into making Wodify better and for someone like my self who was new to the business and seen the industry changes over time, Wodify has enhanced our services and never jeopardized it. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 4/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 4/5 #### Pros Client facing features, like entering results, results history, personal record history reset, leaderboard, attendance streaks and the communication options directly to clients and leads. The new Kiosk plus interface has been good for our coaches. On the admin side the report options have improved with customization. #### Cons The client experience when signing up a dependent/kids for our kids or teens program. It seems to be the only occurrence where half the time we get confusion from the parents and miss information on how to use or manage the app for the dependent. The process has improved over time. #### Reasons for choosing Wodify Not during the time we purchased Wodify but more recently, Push Press.
