86 - The best partner in maintenance

86 has provided us the support to solve our maintenance needs quickly and efficiently. They take out the work of finding a service provider and get us help more quickly than I was able to before. They're also helpful in communicating our maintenance needs to our service providers so we can get the right help fast. Partnering with 86 has helped us reduce lag time in repairs and provides us with a partner I am confident is looking out for us.

PROS

partnering with 86 was a seamless transition. They have an experienced team to help with all areas of maintenance, no matter the area of expertise. They always look out for their partners and offer troubleshooting to help create solutions quickly and provide feedback on maintenance suggestions from our maintenance providers. They helped us set up routine PM with our equipment to help prevent any potential maintenance needs down the road. They're available 24/7 and have helped me with various after hour maintenance emergencies that I would've been in the dark solving without their help.

CONS

Receiving of invoices is inconsistent. This could be a maintenance provider issue and not an 86 issue, but in my experience, it seems as though maintenance providers tend to send invoices directly to 86 since they're the individuals making contact. I have also had some isolated incidents where maintenance providers are unclear that 86 is partnered with us. We are always able to clear up the confusion, but before clarifying, they ask for payment up front thinking 86 is the customer and that they're not set up for invoice payment at a later date.

So easy to use

Again, the process is easy to follow, well-thought out and thorough. Any time we need to speak to someone at 86 regarding specific information or data gathering, the staff is knowledgeable and efficient at getting that back to us, so we can execute efficiently for our clients. We'll never use "S-Channel" again, now that we've discovered 86 Repairs!

PROS

The staff and processes at 86 Repairs make the submission of work orders and the communication of diagnosis and repair back to them for data tracking purposes so easy. Previously we used (or were made to use, is more accurate) a competing nationally branded software package to receive work orders, create proposals and communicate back to the client. It was so cumbersome and time consuming that we actually told the client we would no longer service their equipment because of it.

CONS

There are no "least likes" about 86 Repairs processes or software. It works well with our processes, making our difficult job much easier.

Using 86 repair

86 repair is fine and helpful when trying to fix things and helping trouble shoot.

PROS

Using 86 repair is easy, the staff is always nice and helpful when I call

CONS

It sometimes takes forever to get maintenance out here to fix things. Some tickets stay open for weeks with out giving me feedback on if someone was coming out to fix it. Once they send it out to our repair team, i always need to call Julio just to check and see if someone will be out and when.

I was able to have a more data driven approach to looking at where my maintenance opportunities and improve the down time between issues due to 86 Repairs dedication to customer service!

PROS

86 Repairs does a great job of managing their various clients, and has a strong process as far as how they adapt to the various changes depending on your specific business needs.

CONS

Before, there wasn’t a clean view of looking at more itemized costs to understand where or what the most common issues were occurring, but, 86 Repairs adjusted for us and made this available!

Satisfied overall. Good service and good value.

PROS

A one stop shop for all our maintenance needs. Simple and easy to use.

CONS

Definitely want to make sure we check to see if something is under warranty first. Also, it can be a challenge sometimes to get the right vendor on site depending on the issues.

Moneygun 86 repair review

Very pleased

PROS

I love how easy it is to create a work order without having to call around to multiple companies. It’s easy to use and very helpful and saves me time and energy that can be spent running the bar

CONS

So far have not had any cons, this software has made my job as well as the other managers jobs easier.

We Love 86 repairs
