Look and Feel is a bit outdatet. Different user interfaces are looking very similar, wich sometimes makes it difficult to remember workflows.

Great Software for Aviation- and Businessprocesses.

We like the functionality that fits our business needs without unnecessary complication. The software was competitively priced when compared to rival  products.

Working with the team at Aerotrac is always a pleasure, they are very helpful and are always quick to respond to any queries we have.

Really like the functionality and Aerotrac went out of there way and setup a project builder to help CRS maintain seat set repairs.

Overall we have been, and continue to be, very happy with Aerotrac and have no reason to look to change provider in the future and would highly recommend to anyone in the aviation MRO business.

Aerotrac tries to offer a solution for the entire aircraft maintenance process, making it strong in some domains. The support team is great with clear guidelines and help, and always responds fast.

Excellent software supporting all aspects of our business.

It has obviously been built specifically for the aerospace industry rather than being a production system made to 'fit' the Aerospace Industry and regulation.

A lot of usefull Features, great Reporting possibilities. Good Stock Management functions.

On the system itself maybe only cancelling a goods receipt/batch can be a little complicated, outside of this it is hard to think of anything.

Some of the selling/buying price features can be difficult to set correctly.

I also like the diary and memopad functions which allow us to have easy information share on a job, or an invoice or a particular part.

It is SQL based and has great integrations with accounting systems and can be extensively customised to streamline shop control processes and associated parts and financial transactions.

We find it is limited when dealing with rotable exchanges and loans. We are forced to handle financial elements of these transactions on additional spreadsheets.

The team are friendly and helpful the product is well thought out and well established in line with our ISO, FAA, CAA, EASA requirements.

They have all improved, and I believe Aerotrac is leading the way to covers all aircraft types and differing set-ups.

In addition, it was cost effective offering better value than other systems in this sector.

Aerotrac's tech support team has always been very helpful and invest the required time to resolve any system issues or questions.

The support team have always been open to discuss ideas for enhancements, listen and respond to our growing needs. We have used the software for nine years and never experienced a down day.

The company are also very good at seeking feedback and making improvements. Its great with new starters to the company.

Aerotrac offers a more or less complete solution for managing aircraft and parts, through it's entire life and all related processes, however it could be more user friendly.

Aerotrac provides functionality beyond any other software I have used in the Industry, and it does this in an intuitive and easy to follow layout.

Sometimes humans make mistakes and simple typo errors are not easy to correct, but I guess this adds to the reliability of the data returned.

Aerotrac is great at combining all aspects of aviation maintenance and management. It's solid with regards to forecasting and management.

Easy to use and integration with Accounting software. Additionally, Tracware remain open to develop the system where either required or technology driven.

Other than the ease of implementation and use, which by itself is already worth forking out the money to use this as a company's CMMS tool, their customer support is just next level.

Need offline access, shouldn't sign out on mobile so often.

I still struggle with setting up the maintenance intervals with regards to hour metre readings. I have not seen an entry for periodic hour metre registering to keep track of the next schedule.

There is no offline version, for it to work you have to be online - something i am sure they are working to do though.

The software is great and the customer support even better.

Slightly limited from a calaboration software allowing you to take aspects of your current system and intergrate it into it.

Limble has been a blessing to our company as we never had a maintenance CMM before.

Limble offers per-user licensing but also has a per-asset model that worked well for us. The web interface works well and it is easy to make, access, complete, and comment on work orders and PM tasks.

The best part about LimbleCMMS is their support team. I know I can call them and have a timely response with a fix to a bug or help with a new feature.

It has a simple design but lots of functionality. Particularly I like the ease of use and how quickly you can find things with the excellent search function.

Easy to add in assets, across multiple sites, with all the data columns you need - you build this as you need, the same deal with spare parts.

Limble has an excellent interface that is easy to use along with robust features for managing and scheduling maintenance.

The drag and drop functions can be a bit hard to adapt to.

Helps a lot with our maintenance team ans we easily integrated our a step by step procedures in the PM's.

It is user friendly and allows remote access to our daily tasks. It provides a path to check our previous work tasks with ease which in turn reduces down time on the machines.

KPIs are comprehensive and easy to understand. I also easily trained my team to integrate the system into their workflows without bogging them down.

Customer service is always great. I can store information about all of my assets nicely and neatly.

No onsite hosted install option could be a con for some.

It’s so easy to manage all of the different assets.

This program is very powerful, yet so user friendly that everyone in our organization is using it after 30 minutes of training.

What I like the most about this product is how quickly I was able to implement it in our facility.

Asset inventory is customizable - We can add asset pictures, data plate information, manuals, and etc. The possibilities are endless here.

They'll help you within a couple of minutes and problems are solved very very quickly. Definitely a tool i'd recommend to any operation.

Limble has been a great asset and has done an astronomical job keeping tasks, work orders, and just day-to-day operations pleasant.
