One standout feature is the Make Ready Board, which allows for quick and easy data entry simply by clicking on the relevant box — a very intuitive design. Another impressive feature is the work order resident communication tool. It enables direct communication with residents via phone, text, or email, all within the work order itself. This level of integration is something I haven’t seen in other platforms and adds significant value to resident engagement. AppWork also provides access to a wide range of reports, which I’m still exploring due to the extensive variety available. These reporting capabilities offer great potential for deeper insights and operational tracking. #### Cons Some of the reports do not pull full information. I would be great if work order details and any added comments had a report that could be pulled in excel. That alone saves a lot of time day-to-day. #### Cons One feature I’d love to see in the future is bulk data imports for users. That said, their support team more than made up for it—they were able to take my CSV file and handle the upload on the backend, which saved me hours of manual entry. #### Vendor response Dan - Thank you!!
