The only issue we had was that we have two properties we manage and originally only one was showing up but that was quickly resolved. A big part of my role involves adding users and managing staff access, and the platform makes that process extremely straightforward. The UI/UX is very well designed—everything is intuitive, easy to navigate, and doesn’t require a lot of training to get comfortable with. That alone saves a lot of time day-to-day. Cons: One feature I’d love to see in the future is bulk data imports for users. That said, their support team more than made up for it—they were able to take my CSV file and handle the upload on the backend, which saved me hours of manual entry. Vendor Response Dan - Thank you!!
