The limited options for the tech accounts provide me with extra work editing their times.

This software is very user friendly and fairly easy to navigate. It is a great improvement from our previous work order and inventory system.

Mobile apps and the ability to track labor and costs. Not to mention spare parts and inventory.

The connector tools seems to be broken. I have had several issue with this.

With unlimited users I am able to expand to more than just my maintenance responsibilities. The ease of use and price make this the best CMMS on the market in my opinion.

This software is very easy to use in comparison to others on the market. I like the fact that their is a lot of possibilities to customize the data.

There are areas I do not use due to other software packages that are in our organization. Customer support has been very good.

Ability to put in meter readings is terribly painful. You cant add parts while in a workorder.

Overall Asset Essentials has been an incredible tool to show accountability for work orders on multiple levels from the techs, to requesters, to locations and even assets that are problematic.

Couple this program with InventoryEdge, a separate module, but well integrated functional step up into a more sophisticated asset maintenance program.

One of the best features of this program is the simplicity - we simply needed this for checking in/out tools from our tool shed to our different personnel working in the field.

We current love it at our office. Allows really easy asset tracking and remote sharing of devices.

Hard to get used to as it is confusing to use at first.

Our field managers don't have a lot of time to deal with paperwork. The mobile app is fast, easy to use and more efficient.

The hardest thing about the software were a few system errors that I encountered early on. I also ran across a couple of things that we wanted to see implemented.

There are some lags when you implement new members through the app first.

No GPS but we don't really need it for the smaller stuff we are tracking.

This software helps track who has a tool and even what job it's on.
