Pros
- Customizable for my environment, implementation support was very responsive and helpful. Integration with AD and Zendesk is great.
- Love the scanning capability using a smart phone and the app. Filtering assets makes for quick and nice reports for inventory management.
Cons
- The only negative is that the administrative options are not the easiest to navigate until you have experience using the system.
- The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.
Pros
- I have been using this for over 4 years now and its been the best tool I have. If I have an issue they get back to me really quickly and fix the issues in a timely manner.
- This program fits well in our business. There are a few options that could be reworded to fit our needs, but we have been able to work around most.
Cons
- At times the updates causes in house tem members pain. Not all users get notified that updates will be happening or have occurred.
- The major con about the software is that even if you want to have something deleted from the system the request is always denied.
