Pros/Cons
Pros
- Beautiful and well organized reporting benefits for sure, great assets tracking and management tools.
- This produce is amazing on its own, but add the incredible pricing and it's a hidden gem.
- AssetTiger is easy to use and allows customization for all of the fields I need. The scanning feature is super helpful so that I can walk around the office and scan the assets and update on the go.
Cons
- After purchasing and using several expensive solutions, and after being frustrated with AssetPanda, I happened across AssetTiger accidentally. It was the find of the year.
- It's a pain to locate my items. I can completely fill out everything in my columns and nothing appears in my search.
- Some tables are exportable, but no relational elements are provided (e.g. primary key). There is no backup function available.
Pros
- Best DMS, love the integration and automation of it. Our staff is very pleased with it, and also Desiree is always there to help us with anything we need.
- The Dms helps me save time and it helps me money. The mobile app helps out tremendously at auctions by helping me appraise vehicles, take pictures of cars, and so much more.
- Speed, Convenience, Reliable, Great Customer Service. La Monica was very helpful in the setup process, couldn't ask for better customer service.
Cons
- Again, the worst part, they admit their fault, but will do nothing to fix it.
- Nothing at this moment but I'll call my rep to handle anything I may have a problem with.
- It's a little hard to use. I'll need some more training to become profficient.
