Pros/Cons
  • Pros

  • With the number of tags we've purchased in the last couple of years, we have yet to pay for Asset Tiger. Customer service is very respective to suggestions and quick to respond.
  • The ease of set up from the ground up. We did not have any asset tracking prior to finding this software and it has been great.
  • Cons

  • Also having to close with an X the product updated it awful. It should go away not linger there.
  • It's a pain to locate my items. I can completely fill out everything in my columns and nothing appears in my search.

  • Works well as a basic tool or you can get into scanners and inventory management all with this software. Easy reporting Easy to create a PM schedule.
  • This software is super simple to use and navigate. Very easy to show older guys that aren't computer savy how to use this software and understand.
  • Cons

  • This makes it fairly hard to track and troubleshoot (in case there was a mistake and multiple PM for the same task was made).
  • THE NAME!!! It's a mouthful and hard to refer to in conversation.
