Pros/Cons
Pros
- Great software, great customer service. Kudos to [sensitive content hidden] for always being on top of it and helping us when needed.
- I strongly encourage anyone that owns vehicles, from 1 vehicle to a fleet of 30 like ours, to greater to download the app see for yourself. I stand behind AUTOsist and you will be thrilled.
- What we liked most about autosist is its ease of use. We needed a more sophisticated system fo maintenance tracking and this software fulfills all of our needs.
Cons
- Probably my only dislike is, I think it’s a little on the expensive side.
- The only thing that didn't work well for us in the Autosist app was the inability to have a second inspection tab which linked to the service portion of the software for engine repair.
- There's a delay on the web. Since we don't log Trips, that tab is irrelevant to our company.
Pros
- On top of all the great tools this GPS system offers, the customer service was better than any customer service I have ever worked with. Lindsey was my rep and I feel like now we are good friends.
- Thanks for all that you do and the help that you have provided us. Because of this program, we have saved money in gasoline, labor, and insurance.
- GPS insight was super easy to set up, super easy to use, has so many features that are beneficial to a company, and is super affordable.
Cons
- Some GPS units will get lost and during that down time we cant track the route of the truck. And to be able to fix it the tech requires us to have the truck with us to trouble shoot it.
- The only problem I have experienced is one of the units came loose and was losing communication with the server.
- The fact the the tracking is not always use to find the driver but it can be used to get a driver into trouble for being in a location.
