It is always a good thing to be ready for a visit from an inspector. The software generates nice calibration certificates which can be configured to display what you need.

Smart calibrating with lean documenting which makes the whole process easy.

Easy to use, great features, good filters for searching, easy to implement, Good support.

And of course it was a huge improvement when it was possible to turn to paperless calibration documentation with CMX. It´s easy to use and maintain, and product support from vendor is first class.

Our ISO Auditor was impressed with our improvement. CMX makes it easy for all of our technicians to have perfect paperwork everytime.

The built in help is very comprehensive and easy to use.

If I have a change on every calibration procedures. It is hard to go into every position to change on om each.

Using the filter option makes it easy to find specific position ID's or any other variable.

Customer support is second to none. We installed our software on a corporate server.

It is very user friendly and helps with many aspects of carrying out calibrations. The software allows for an organised catalogue of calibrations which is very helpful.

Our corporate IT Dept struggle to grasp its concept. Certificates and reports are not easily personalised/customised and not to very much extent.

Have had no major issues or problems with the product.

Easy comms with external equipment - very good audit trail function and history trends. Plant structure is very helpful in a widely spaced workforce.

The CMX product has proved to be both robust and reliable without much required maintenance at our facility for more than 3 years.

It's a bit hard to put it to run without support.

We have had instances where our whole team has been unable to access the database for days at a time due to version discrepancies and computer failures.

Great customer support- I generally receive a reply within a few hours, considering that they are in Finland and I am in Australia. So far all issues have been resolved within a day or Two.

CMX works well and reliable. The software layout is friendly and familiar as it looks like a Windows explorer type enviroment.

A great solution for calibration of balances. Easy to mantain on day calibrations, and to print different lists.

Although technical support was outstanding, very little was needed.

When calibrate (out of reading), flow (square root) the calibration will fail in zero almost every time.

ESpace is helping solve double booking, and it is saving us money on utility.

Overall I am pleased and as I understand the software more, I hope to enjoy it more.

I like the ability eSpace has to help us all stay on the same page and its ease of use.

ESpace is excellent, and is continuing to grow and improve, and will even be integrating with our church management software soon.

Love all the different ways you can customize the program, Its great that it integrates with their other programs which saves valuable time. The program is straight forward that anyone can easily use.

I also really like the conversations feature, where everything is tracked and I can get questions resolved quickly.

It can be confusing for page visitors to navigate the website. The amount of tabs and drop down menus can make it difficult for them to find what they are looking for.

Sorting, downloading, and curating particular calendars that don't show EVERY event doesn't seem to be an option, which can be frustrating.

ESpace is sometimes difficult to use across a variety of different platforms and devices. Outdated devices will have trouble interfacing with it.

I love just about everything about the software, but my favorite thing is the easy to use interface along with the EXCELLENT customer support. Has been a great company to work for.

The transition from program to program is confusing. For example, going from adding an event back to the calendar page is challenging.

It can be hard to track activities once they are completed.
